I can't speak on their inventory or watch servicing capabilities, but when I brought in a newly acquired 1950s Omega for servicing, I was immediately greeted, and the watch was promptly tested for accuracy. The gentleman whose name escapes me, told me that he would not recommend servicing the watch at this time and that it was running well within an acceptable tolerance. The watch had no service history from the seller I purchased it from, so I fully expected it to need servicing right off the bat. It was a pleasant surprise and I very much appreciated Cherry Creek Watch Co's transparency, they very easily could have taken advantage of me and taken my money. When I do, it's usually because the experience was exceedingly positive; Cherry Creek Watch Company provided upstanding and unmatched customer service. I was doing some spring cleaning and found an old Omega watch my dad had given me. I couldn't find any information about the watch online. I also tried contacting online watch stores, but none of them were helpful. I eventually brought my watch into a local area watch store, but they had, for some reason, forgotten about the appointment. They also wanted $150 for a watch evaluation. However, upon entering Cherry Creek Watch Company, I was immediately greeted. The horologists, Gyles and Nick, immediately got to work on evaluating my watch. They found the model name and value of my watch. They also took apart the watch and showed me the internals, as well as testing the timing of the watch. Moreover, they re-sized the watch for me. All this was done free of charge. I'm personally not a fan or collector of watches. Good place to het a quick assessment of your watch and not expensive. They are located at 222 Steal Street however so it took me a lil extra to find them as old address is listed on line. They evaluated 3 watches for me and put one of the bands back together and only charged me $20. I was in the store about 20 - 25 minutes. I collect vintage watches and was visitingDenver, so I searched the internet for watch stores and ran across this place. Their website was sparse but had a description that mentioned their "extensive in -house collection", so visited the store. The door was locked, but a casually-dressed guy with a pit bull let me in. The store was tiny and there was no merchandise. None. Just a few small empty cases. I asked where the inventory was, and he said " Yeah, we were a little late getting here today" (It was 2:30 in the afternoon), and we don't have much here, we " source" watches. So I left. James spent over 45 minutes helping me change out the band, adding a link then cleaned the band and watch. He helped me by looking up the date of the watch and checking it's accuracy. He also set it for me. I went to pay and he said no charge! What! Not only did he inform me about my mom's watch but he cared for it, free of charge. This is why you shop locally. I almost cried. They have earned my business for life. He knew it needed a service since it is an 1986 Rolex but also knew now wasn't the time for me.
