Beautiful vase of flowers were delivered BUT they were left on a small table on the front porch. The vase tipped over, all the water drained out and some flowers were smashed. It was a warm day in addition. Who leaves flowers like that with no protection? No effort to leave with a neighbor, put in a better spot, call me that a delivery was left? I have never experienced such awful customer service and unprofessionalism. I placed an order online, only to have it canceled without even receiving a phone cal! Apparently even 10 days after Valentines Day, they are sold out of roses, this is a flower shop, right? The order I placed was for a birthday, I happen to call to see if they had an expected delivery time only to find out that my order had been canceled via their website. When I suggested that they call customers to inform them of cancelations, because there is a good chance their emails go to SPAM, the owner hung up the phone on me!!! I don't own a business, but I can't imagine this is the way to run a successful one. I called another florist not too far from them and they delivered a bouquet of ROSES beyond my expectations. An-Dees is the biggest joke, please don't waste your money on them. read more

This is the second time we have ordered flowers on line through 1-800 flowers and they outsource it to a local florist. Last Christmas they didn't have the materials to make what we ordered, so they just made something else COMPLETELY different (think modern, low centerpiece vs old-traditional evergreen with tall candles) without our knowledge. This year, we ordered a centerpiece in size "large" which included 16 roses, among other flowers, but the medium was delivered which included 4 fewer roses (and I'm sure other flowers). I am starting to wonder if they do this on purpose to cut costs, thinking no one will notice? In the age of cell phone cameras, they better start being more ethical! I called 12/23 after closing and left a message and haven't heard back today, 12/26. Guess we will be dealing with 1800 flowers for the refund. Hopefully they stop contracting with An-Dees! read more

PLEASE NEVER USE THIS FLORAL SHOP!!! They deserve a ZERO rating !!!!!!!!! I have never experienced such ignorance in my life before!!!! When I think of a floral shop, I think of happy moments!! WELL not at this place!!! The woman who works there just blew up at me over the phone, was so rude and unprofessional AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is how they treat their customers!!!! The flowers are not that great either so please don't waste your hard earned money at this dump!!!!!!!!!!! They should not even be in business!!!! A family member who lives out of the country and is an ill 84 yr old man accidentally placed a duplicate order for my birthday, so I received the 1st order and then I was out of town (had no idea there was an accidental 2nd order made either). I just received the message that the driver tried to make the delivery for the other order. I called to resolve the problem and explained what happened and to make sure he receieved a refund back to his credit card. WOW!!!!!! She starts going off on me and then hung up on me!!!!!! I called back and she didn't answer the phone!! SHOCKING treatment for a customer!!! NEVER USE THEM TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE!!!! read more

I had the absolute worst experience with this florist yesterday. I had placed an order online, but the order was not delivered on the scheduled day. I called the next day to ask about the order. The lady was very rude and said that the order I chose was out of season. She said that I should have known that it was because when an order is cancelled I get an email. I told her that I did not get an email. She argued with me and said that was impossible because when an order is cancelled, they get a notification and I get an email. I said well that is fine, can I place another order? She made a deep sigh as though I was bugging her and said yes. I told her I would like the same colors. Very annoyed she said that she could do the same colors, but not the same flowers because they were out of season. By now I was getting annoyed. So I said back to her that I knew that. Under her breath, she said, "What a bitch." I was so upset I hung up. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS FLORIST! BY FAR THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! read more

Even when we ordered at the last minute, they were able to accommodate us, and if they didn't have the exact flower in stock at that time, they were able to fix us up with something great. Lost my aunt and found out at the last minute that my family forgot to place an order for flowers. I called two other florists first then called the local funeral home to see what florist they could recommend to get something there with two hours notice. I called Andees and they were extremely helpful and patient with me a person who has never had to order flowers for something like this before. When I got there the flowers were beautiful!!!
