The most embarrassing Valentine's Day ever. They deliver the WRONG flowers to my job. I assumed they were for me. The delivery guy came back to take the flowers back and delivered to correct ones. No apology, just embarrassed. The sender said it should have been a card inside, but nothing. It appears as though they swapped the deliveries. read more

This is the third time I've bought from here and this time I'm disappointed. This is not worth the $474. Several flowers are wilted. I understand that it's cold and because it's so heavy it can get a little messy, but the quality of some flowers it's just not it. If they didn't have enough flowers they should have just told me. read more

Lupita's florist was awesome. I contacted her after another local flower shop failed to deliver a birthday bouquet I had ordered early in the day for my sister. My husband has given me flowers from this shop for many years since we were dating and the flowers have been really beautiful. We have also recommended them to my cousins for her wedding but today I think I got delivered the saddest bouquet of flowers one dozen of them in a vase and a ribbon for Mother's Day for a $80 dollar price tag I saw my husband paid. Idk how much is tax and shipping but for a dozen flowers decorated like this nope!!! I wouldn't recommend delivery. Better go to the shop and see what ur getting. read more

Lupita was highly recommended for my small budget 30 person wedding. Many places requested $4k minimum for wedding consultations, Lupita didn't. Not only did I show up on a winter blizzard day, she took me in without notice and sat with me and calmed my nerves about the whole wedding decor process. Lupita and Francisco (the owners) immediately calmed be down and assured me they would take care of everything and deliver on their promise. All our wedding guests could not stop talking about how gorgeous our arrangements were for both the church and reception. They are extremely professional and attentive to their customers. Their flower arrangements are truly breathtaking and very reasonably priced given the HIGH QUALITY! They have gone above and beyond both for our wedding and for other events (business and personal). They never seize to amaze me. Out of all my experiences with flower shops, Lupita's, by far, is the best in all categories.
