We went to this florist because we needed to get some flowers for my mother who was on her last days. So I looked on Google and found Ogrodek Flowers. I wasn't sure if it would work for me but it was worth a try. So when we entered we were treated by Jolanta the owner. She asked us what we needed and I explained to her that I needed something for my mother, something colorful and pretty because she was on her last days. She told me to give her 15 to 20 minutes and that I could either wait, or go grab a bite to eat and come back. We told her we would stick around and wait. When we came back she had everything ready and when I saw that arrangement I was shocked because it was absolutely beautiful. She asked if I liked them because I ordered two and I said absolutely. What I loved about doing business with Ogrodek Flowers is that Jolanta was very kind, helpful, and thoughtful. She had good time management, and she made the arrangement so perfect the flowers weren't all bunched together and what really made this visit perfect is my Mother loved the flowers so much and she was able to see them smile thank me for how beautiful they were and she passed away the next morning. So even though this is a sad ending, it's really not. Because my mother smiled and told me how pretty they were she wanted them to be in front of her hospital bed so she could see them. I cannot say enough about this florist, simply wonderful. Not only did she make the exact arrangement I was looking for, she was the sweetest most compassionate person I've ever dealt with (I was so sad at the time). It was a large funeral arrangement on a stand that I had seen elsewhere online. I showed her a photo, she didn't even need to take the photo from me and made my arrangement look exactly the same. Stunning. I originally said I would pick it up to save on the delivery charge since the wake was close by. She called me a day later and asked for the funeral home information and delivered it free of charge. Due to the size and weight of the arrangement she was afraid that I might have issues doing it myself. I will come back and post a picture of the arrangement once we receive our book from the funeral home, it's so beautiful I want to be sure to share it. I will NEVER use another florist. We had the most beautiful flowers for my mothers funeral. We ran into this flower shop and had the order placed in a few minutes with the owners help. We told her what we wanted and she knew exactly what to do. It was so nice after a long day making funeral arrangements to have this go so easily and quickly. When we saw the flowers at the wake they were stunning. My mother loved bright colors so we went with bright pink roses and these long beautiful purple flowers. It was perfect and looked exactly as we had hoped. Many of our guests commented on how gorgeous the flowers were. We recommend this florist to everyone. I was at the DMV for about 3 hours and I needed to find a flower shop quickly. Luckily, there was one literally in front of the DMV in the same plaza. It is a small store location but The lady who helped me was so kind. She gave us free delivery. They are decently priced. However, there were no displays of funeral wreaths like their website suggested. It's best to have an idea/picture of what you want. I had placed an order for a heart shaped funeral wreath. She suggested yellow roses and white lilies. It was $200 and the ribbon was an extra $15. It's also best to pay in cash so you won't be taxed. I didn't know about it, so I was taxed $21.50 for paying with card. Nonetheless, the flower arrangement was beautifully assembled and stood out from the rest. It arrived to the funeral home before noon before the wake. Highly recommended! They also do all sorts of occasions! read more

I came up here at 2:35 today with my mother, looking for beautiful flowers for my aunts funeral arrangement. They have a sign that says open but the door is locked. We called the number for the shop, no answer. We called the number on the sign they made, in polish, no answer. I tried to support a business in my neighborhood but I won't be back. Update your hours and have staff who will actually be there. Or turn off your open sign, if you are not open at 2:30 on a Friday. read more

They were picture perfect, my friend could not believe how beautiful the basket was. The owner sent me a photo before delivery and called to confirm it was delivered. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I submitted a flower delivery request online through their website with my credit card information and was expecting at least an email confirmation. I did not receive any sort of confirmation that my order was received or being processed. I called the shop the following day to confirm my order and was asked to call them back when the owner is present. So, I called them again an hour later and was told by the owner that someone who can speak English more fluently would call me back (completely understandable). I never received a call back so I called them again the following day (today) and was told that my order is cancelled. No explanation on what they're doing with my credit card info. I'm frustrated it took more than 2 days for them to notify me they can't process my order and now I have to scramble to find a last-minute flower delivery. I was attempting to support what seems like a small, local business but the poor customer service made it impossible. read more
