A few minutes after placing my order, my phone rang and the owner of the shop was on the other end. She explained that they were out of orange roses and asked if she could substitute something else. She went on to say that she noticed the message I had written for the card. After I explained the reason for the order, the owner happily substituted a different and more appropriate color scheme. About an hour later I received a text photo of the beautiful arrangement. Shortly after that I got another call from the owner explaining that she had personally delivered the bouquet!
