My car broke down as I was heading up the on-ramp of the 22 west freeway, I called my local shop and they were a bit busy to get a tow, so off to Yelp I went! I called and asked for a quote, was advised price, texted my exact location and where I needed to go, and bam, they were on scene within the promised 20 minutes. OF course, OC has the freeway service trucks to help but they can only tow you literally off the freeway, I was like, no thanks, they're already on the way no need to move it twice. Very overdue review but this business was a godsend! I got into a little fender bender that left me stuck in the middle of the street and I had very little time to find different quotes. I went with the closest company and I'm soooo glad I did! They answered RIGHT AWAY, gave me an accurate time arrival, and assured me everything was good. He totally didn't have to, but he gave me advice on what to do while I'm waiting and what to say if police came up to me. It was a stressful situation but they made it easy peasy! We had an emergency movement of an 11,000 pound forklift that is not something that is easily moved. We had reached out to a company that I cannot name hear, but they showed up and were not able to complete our move for us. I had reached out to Stuard the night before as I like having a backup plan when stuff hits the fan. I contacted Stuard this morning and let him know that I really needed his help. He went to my warehouse and looked at my forklift and told me that he could move it. A little later Stuard had my forklift on his flatbed and on his way to the drop off. Stuard was great. Messaged him for a quote and he responded within a couple minutes. We set up a time to meet at my house to pick up a crashed car that I had sitting in my driveway to take to a recycling center. He gave me a call and suggested another recycling center that he was familiar with which was very helpful.
