First off, I didn't need his towing services, however I dropped off a car at Matson shipping in Long Beach Harbor and had to bike home. While there I met William, the owner of Alva, and after talking for a bit he offered to give me a ride up to Ocean Blvd. so I didn't have to deal with all the sketchy big rigs down in that area. Just used these guys and was extremely happy! I had a nail in my tire, I realized it at my office. They were able to come out in 30 minutes and replace my tire with the spare I had in the parking lot. I didn't get the guy's name, but he was very efficient and very polite and gave me his safest recommendations for fixing the nail with the tire which he put back in my trunk for me. By the time I called to request to the time they left, it was about an hour total. Will absolutely be recommending them and will certainly try them for other services. read more

Believe it or not, I used his services twice with in a months time. Once for a fuel pump going out, next was an upper radiator hose. The first time I called, was based on his reviews. Was stranded in an Auto Zone parking lot, he was there at the time frame he quoted. The second time, I was luckily able to get the care home over the weekend. Called and was able to schedule the pick up on a Wednesday morning to get my car to the shop. In both instances, I did require a flat bed truck. I have a pretty old car.....I stepped out of my house and of course I have a FLAT TIRE, I have never changed a tire.....I don't have AAA so I looked up towing service and I found them on Yelp. I called and i swear they showed up to my house within 10mins to put the spare, even the spare was low of air, he put air on it. The guy was very nice informative, very helpful, and he advised me that all my tires needed to get replaced. I told him that i don't want to invest a lot of money on tires, he said some place might have used ones but because of the size of my tires usually it's a little difficult to find them.
