    "Dismal letter"

This place is an absolute disgrace and is horribly run as a business. This place will "dismiss" you the second you you question them or tell them you're not happy with something they do. I had been a loyal patient for over two years and I always paid for my appointments over the phone the day of with no issues. I called to schedule a most recent appointment (2 months in advance) and they wanted to collect payment which I thought was strange since I've never paid for a Dr's appointment in advance (including my appointments at an optimal you). I didn't have my credit card on me at the time so I said I would pay later. In the meantime I had a family member go into a coma due to Covid so needless to say I was preoccupied. During the next month an optimal you called me over 18 times pestering me for a payment for an appointment that hadn't even happened yet. I finally called them back 4 days before my appointment and told them I didn't appreciate them calling me a million times for a measly $175. I also told them about my family member with Covid who was near death and that their pestering me in advance for money had rubbed me the wrong way. There was zero sympathy or care when I told them about my family member who was near death and there was zero comment or sympathy. Not even an acknowledgement or a "Im sorry to hear that" just asking for the payment. That was the final straw for me realizing they don't care and told them I would be cutting ties with them and going to another DR. There was no apology or sense of wanting my business because she just said ok and hung up! To make matters worse they have the audacity to send me a certified letter telling me they are no longer going to provide care for me! LMAO! I was the one to cut ties with them first yet they have the nerve to pretend like they are cutting me off. Let me make this really clear for everyone: This place does not care about you. They only care about money. If they actually cared about their patients they would have actually asked about or acknowledged my situation with my family member with Covid and/or treated me like a customer when I'm unhappy with their service. I've probably recommended them over 5 people which I will no longer do. Hopefully an optimal you will start caring for people and stop acting like a pushy collections agency for appointments that haven't even happened yet.

I was having a lot more symptoms like being dizzy, blurred vision, slurring my speech and a few other things. In triage my BP was very high in the 190s and over another high number I believe in the 130s. My heart rate was extremely high too, so the triage nurse who was just the sweetest lady called out a stroke emergency. 2 amazing doctors and at least 5 nurses surrounded me on the gurney like a Nascar pit crew. They immediately put in an IV, injected me medication and took my blood several times; as well as an EKG. I was given 3 different MRI's and chest X-rays almost as soon as I came in. Everyone was so kind in MRI room. The lady who operated the MRI machine even prayed with me twice. I'd like to add that we had first gone to Inland Valley Hospital and they were horrible to us this morning. I told them I was have chest pains and stroke like symptoms. They did not even pull me up for triage hearing that and I had to wait at least 5 minutes. They did not call a stroke code and just pushed me back into some weird ER patient only waiting room for a little over an hour. There were at minimum 20 patients in weird little room complaining they'd been waiting over 3 hours after also being triage and saying there were only 2-3 nurses on duty. That's when I decided speak up and be my own advocate. I just got up and exited; telling the triage nurse on my way out that I was going to another hospital. Thank God that I did! Last thing I have to add is that my doctors are extremely competent and seen well educated on cardiac and stroke events, but they have the best bedside manner! They were so great at Rancho Springs that 1 of my doctors walked my husband over to get a coffee! Now that's great service!

I neither know what "acenesthisia" is, not "Aphidiasis", which doesn't even sound like akathisia.

EXCEPTIONAL CARE - TRUE ANGELS ON THE 3RD & 4TH FLOORS…read more I cannot say enough incredible things about the care my grandmother received at Loma Linda Medical Center - Murrieta during an incredibly difficult time for our family. 3rd Floor - Day Shift | 2/2/26 A heartfelt thank you to Grace, RN and Nilo, PCA, who exemplify what compassionate, patient-centered care truly looks like. From the moment I arrived, it was clear my grandmother was in the hands of absolute professionals who genuinely care. Grace is the kind of nurse every hospital should strive to clone--knowledgeable, calm, attentive, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question with patience, and treated my grandmother with dignity, warmth, and respect at all times. Her bedside manner is truly exceptional. Nilo was equally outstanding. She went above and beyond in every way--attentive, kind, gentle, and always one step ahead of what my grandmother needed. She treated her like family, not just a patient, and that meant everything to us. Her compassion, professionalism, and work ethic did not go unnoticed. Together, Grace and Nilo made an incredibly stressful hospital experience feel safe, human, and comforting. They were attentive without being rushed, professional without being cold, and compassionate in a way that simply can't be taught--it's who they are. 4th Floor | 2/6/26 I also want to recognize Kristina, RN and Ivy, PCA for the exceptional care they provided when my grandmother was transferred to the 4th floor. They were fully aware of the very difficult situation we had been going through, and from the moment they stepped in, they brought compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Kristina was attentive, communicative, and reassuring--ensuring my grandmother's needs were addressed promptly and explaining everything clearly, which meant the world to our family during such a stressful time. Ivy was just as amazing--always gentle, patient, and attentive, treating my grandmother with dignity and care at every interaction. In the middle of what has honestly been a nightmare, these four caregivers were a bright light. Their empathy, dedication, and humanity did not go unnoticed. If leadership reads this, please know that Grace, Nilo, Kristina, and Ivy are true assets to your hospital and deserve recognition. Because of them, my grandmother received not just medical care, but genuine kindness, patience, and respect--and that makes all the difference. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I figured it's about time to update my review from 2019…read more.. 6 years later and I continue to come to this location for their expertise, efficiency and quality of care. I had gone to their location in Menifee in November 2025 for a routine mammogram. A few days after that, when I had returned to Arizona, I received a call from them saying they needed more images and that I also needed an ultrasound, for my left side only. They also mentioned that before I could make an appointment, I should call my primary care provider to determine if it was an emergency situation. That always freaks anyone out. However, I had this same situation before in the past, but on my right side. I called my PCP, verified that it wasn't an emergency, and was able to call Breastlink to make my morning appointment at 8 am. I knew going in that it was probably just dense breast tissue showing up on the mammogram like it was last time. Nonetheless, I was a bit worried going into this early Monday morning appointment. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment, checked in and sat in the lobby. They will send you texts and emails ahead of time so that you don't have to fill out paperwork when you get there. Expect to spend a few minutes filling those out if you don't do it electronically. I was called to the back in under 10 minutes. First for the mammogram, and then I was taken into a different room for the ultrasound. There were 2 techs, and when they were done, they told me to wait for the doctor, who would come in and give me the result verbally. They would then forward the results to my PCP. Thankfully, the doc came in within a few minutes and let me know everything was fine. There is nothing to worry about and that I was good to go. I was out in about an hour, which is a pretty reasonable time frame if you ask me. The ultrasound needed to be done here because the Menifee location does not perform them, if I recall correctly. I'm thankful for the staff here. They are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I'll be back again next year!

I walked into one of the girls at the front arguing loudly with a patient over a co-pay. Her tone was very abrupt, aggressive and impatient, zero compassion. This was already a turn off for me! While it was easy to schedule an appointment and I was called back within a few minutes, it all went downhill from there. I sat in the hall for over 30 minutes to be called back, while the whole hall of other women were called one by one and then even new patients being called back were seen before me, I thought I was forgotten. The techs in the back, there was a whole gaggle of them being very obnoxious and loud with their personal conversations traipsing back and forth across the hall and congregating in a room near the exit to gossip. It was very unprofessional and it didn't help my anxiety at all. The tech who preformed my scan was sweet and patient, the girl who did my ultrasound had zero personality, all in all it was over an hour for this visit. I was told by the ultrasound tech to wait while she consulted with the doctor, not the doctor came in and spoke with me. Then I was a dismissed with a "you're good, we will send the results to your doctor" such a disappointment after a great prior visit.

They wouldn't let him even stand next to me during the check in. When I got called back my partner and I walked back and they said he couldn't come with me due to their policy and HIPAA violation. I said I am the patient and consent to having him there so it's not a HIPAA violation. She insisted he couldn't go back due to safety reasons. I told her I am fine going back for the safety questions alone but once complete if he can come into my patient room I'd like him there for support and they denied him entry. I got my pregnancy test result and got a "your pregnancy test is positive do you want me to give you papers for termination or prenatal" from the MA. They lacked compassion, patient care, and building patient rapport. The MA then came back and gave me papers on prenatal care as I requested (all things I had googled). The PA Carly comes in and tells me they don't do prenatal care there. She asked me if I wanted to keep the pregnancy I said yes she said congrats, she could draw some blood for STI testing, and provide information for a care coordinator to help me set up Medicaid. It was very short and nothing else was discussed on what I should expect. What upset me even more than not allowing my partner entry, was in her clinical note she stated in her assessment that she discussed exercise, a healthy diet, importance of vaccinations, Zika, Covid-19, etc. Which in fact none of this was done. The provider needs to Clean up the dot phrase and be accurate in the services provided. I am sure this was written to get paid. The entire interaction with her lasted less than 5 minutes and none of what was listed in my clinical note was done other than being told I'm pregnant, obtaining labs, and we don't do prenatal care here. The clinical note should say just that. While I'm thankful I was able to be seen, I won't be returning even for services outside of prenatal. I feel sad and disappointed they took a special moment away from me and partner.

The employee looked up my medical record number and casually told me the pharmacy system had crashed and that there was nothing they could do. I was simply told to come back tomorrow. No one apologized for the wait. No one came into the waiting room to inform patients about the system issue. No one attempted to offer another solution or even acknowledged how frustrating the situation was. I work in healthcare, so I understand that technology fails. System outages happen. What I don't understand is the lack of communication, empathy, and basic customer service. Those things don't require a working computer.
