All of this unnecessary dilemma was caused by Kenda Trucking and delayed the insurance company resulting in the storage bill increasing that was paid by my insurance company... That is another story. She told the police that I lied to them to manipulate the police as well. I have all this documented so it is all facts. I have no reason to lie!!! Nor would I! So, This is a seriously bad dilemma that Kenda Trucking inflicted on me and they could do worse to you perhaps! Avoid them like Covid! I had to drive 7 hours home and then about 10 days later back up to my truck after the insurance company got it out of Kenda yard to Tifton and flipped it right side up so I could get the rest of my valuables out of my truck. As you see in the photo Kenda left my truck laying upside down. The tires are fine and could have been turned right side up. Unbelievable. I can't even start to tell the details of dealing with their hatefulness and not allowing me to retrieve my property, trying to manipulate me and the insurance company, and how they threw my personal belongings all over the place and put busted pieces of my camper they had smashed up and threw them on top/over my personal belongings making it very difficult to access. (SEE PHOTOS ) and left my truck lay upside down so I could not get into it at all and refused access to it. It is appalling! Just read all these other peoples stories and I have the utmost understanding and compassion for what these other victims have gone through when they met the hell fury of Kenda Trucking evil witches. My Passport and other very important documents, tools and most of my valuables had disappeared when I went to pick them up they day after the accident and I was having a rough time from the accident as you can imagine from the photos.... but they made me wait an hour just to start loading what I could, denied me access half of it and said I COULD come back the next day to get what else I wanted. It was definitely "picked through". Nothing you own is yours after they tow your property, unlike what I was told by their employee at the wreck site. "Oh don't worry Alice, you can come and get all you things tomorrow they will be all taken care of, we will get everything. They got it all right so where did it go? They think that they own it! Ga. Law 40-11-80 states otherwise but the Law Officials won't help you! The very next day Tuesday then completely denied me my Ga. Legal right to obtain ALL my property completely. I begged and the more I begged the more they insulted me and said hateful inappropriate things like. " We have no pity for you"! That just is the tip of the nastiness from Kenda Trucking. They truly enjoy being hateful and controlling. Stating they have procedures but they cannot tell you the procedures. They procedures change for them to suit them. My total came out to $120, which I agreed to without issue. Before the tow, I clearly explained to the first person I spoke with that the vehicle needed to be moved from one property to another and placed behind a gate, and that they would need to open the gate. After the vehicle was picked up, I also sent them a picture of the gate--circled--as you can see in the image below, to make sure there was no confusion about the drop-off location and instructions. When the driver arrived, a different person contacted me for directions. I assumed all prior details had already been communicated, so I did not repeat the information about the gate. However, once they arrived at the drop-off location, they refused to open the gate and place the vehicle inside. They told me the person I originally spoke with was "in training" and unaware of their gate policy. I explained that if I had been told upfront that I needed to be present to open the gate, I would have made arrangements to be there. Despite this, they refused to wait for me and left the vehicle in front of the gate--even though I had already paid the full amount. Before posting this review, I tried to handle this professionally and work things out directly with the company because I genuinely support small businesses. However, I was told they would rather respond to a review than resolve the issue. To make matters worse, the owner/co-owner was argumentative and unwilling to fix the situation, stating they had other jobs to get to. Overall, this experience showed a lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service. I would recommend clarifying all policies upfront if you choose to use this company.

Most older Volvos can have their keys programmed by a third-party locksmith--it's hit or miss depending on the model. Newer Volvos, typically 2015 and up, absolutely require dealership access to program keys, which can cost several hundred dollars. I called around to about 10 other locksmiths, and none of them wanted to touch the Volvo. Eli, on the other hand, immediately said, "I'll give it a shot. I'll cut the key, and if it doesn't work, I won't charge you." He showed up on time, was communicative, polite, and professional. Although the key couldn't be programmed to the car (a known challenge with some Volvos), he still managed to cut the exact key I needed--and left a great impression.
