This is place is okay. The staff seem ok as well. My first time here and I had called ahead to get a appointment with Ana the man on the phone said I'll call you back when I see if Ana is available. He never called back so I called back and he said come at 1pm. I was prompt arriving inside nail shop exactly at 1pm and then was told Ana the owner is never there and was given to another technician. Who ask me what I would like done and I told her ombré nails she then passed me to another technician named An and she did my nails just how I asked. It was an interesting experience to say thee least didn't seem like a very packed shop but customers definitely kept coming in as I got my nails done. Came here for a mother daughter salon day to get pedicures. Although I always tell myself I would love to get them more often, I had not had one in quite a while. I imagine the price was fairly standard. The people here seemed nice. They had a lot of nice colors. We got the deluxe pedi that with just a normal color, not the gels. This place just opened, we found it by luck and I'm SO glad we did!! Ana's Nails was full of talented employees and deserve all the new customers in the world. I originally brought in a decal for two of my nails and Ana said she could do a better job designing it herself... and she delivered!!! I'm so, so happy with the outcome. They can do whatever design you have in mind and their prices are great. Can I just start by saying I walked in with broken and chipped short nails and was expecting to get a mid manicure because it was my first time there too. But no, idk what Ana did but my nails look so fresh plus I was in and out in like 45 minutes. I'm writing this review after a terrible experience. Yesterday (March 8th) I came to get a soak off and new application for acrylic nails. Upon getting started my nails were clipped off and pulled off with pliers. Even after expressing discomfort it continued. I was expecting a soak off considering the 10$ charge and not my nails to be painfully taken off. The entire time of my session the person doing my nails was fine. Everyone was respectful and it was a quiet salon. But the person doing my nails seemed to be in a rush and in my opinion did a sloppy job. I could not immediately tell this so after completing my set I paid my total of 90$ cash. Once getting home my nails started hurting and it only continued to get worse. They burned itched and ached. It felt too tight and there was polish on my skin. The color applied bubbled and was splotchy. The nail's themselves were also uneven. Today (March 9th) as soon as they opened I came back and stated all my issues above and asked if I could receive a refund if I removed my nails to which she agreed. Once again my nails were attempted to be ripped off even though I just got them put on. After that obviously wouldn't work my nails were filed down and I received a cut on my pinky. After soaking and filing I think it was very unfair to initially take my nails off in that way when soak off was what I requested and was an option. This makes the nail removal 10$ price point even more unfair. After the removal I asked for a refund where multiple employees told me they don't do refunds. I stated that I asked if I removed my nails if I would get a refund and was told yes they just kept responding she said no. She stated she would have fixed them but I ask you, why would I get them done again? Instead of the person coming to talk to me themselves and not others who had no knowledge of the issue I went over to speak with her. I apologize to any customers who had to witness that interaction it was so unnecessary and unprofessional. I calmly stated I was told I'd get a refund if I took my nails off but she kept insisting I took my nails off because they hurt so she's not giving me one. I kept repeating that them hurting was far from the only reason I took them off and that I asked first if I'd get a refund to which I was told yes but they didn't want to admit their wrong doings and kept saying I should have redid them. I'm not here to bash this business. Form your own opinion but I didn't appreciate how I was treated. I think the person was named Dianne (if the name tags are accurate). I just hope the owner sees this and can rectify the situation. I will gladly remove my review if I got my 90$ back. I'm not going to call this place a chop shop but I have been to a lot in my life and this place still has some same of the same practices and overall could be cleaner. read more

I don't know what happened to the previous managers and people, but bring them back! This was my 4th time there and it was horrible! The new people didn't know what they were doing. Three different people did my Mani/Pedi! What's that about? There are portions of my nails where the old color was not removed. There are bubbles in the new polish. The atmosphere was totally different. It was tense, it should be relaxed. As we were finishing, the "manager" announced that they were only taking cash or Venmo. Really? Could you not tell me when I booked the appointment? Or better, when I walked through the door? The prices were jacked up about 30% from my last visit three weeks prior.
