After some songs and stories there is free play for around 30 more minutes. Other than story time, the Children's part of the library is a fun place for kids to play puzzles, crawl under an orange, and find some books to take home.

This is the first time i go to the euclid brand so i had no idea how to print, since in high school i printed at school. i needed to print in color so i asked an employee to help, her name was Jamie, (as soon as i walked in all staff just stared at me and my sister and there faces looked mad that we were there) Jamie came at me with an attitude and super rude, "did you not read the instructions" i told her i did what the paper said but i didn't know why it wouldn't print in color. she then told me to tap my phone to pay the $5.00, and so i did hoping she fixed it and would print in color. she then said "it'll come out through there" pointing at where the paper would come out. I needed 20 pages to print, we moved onto the printer and i took out the sheet and saw it was in black & white, i was just so upset. I made it clear that i needed it in color and she just gave me attitude. my sister would turn around and she told me "she's just staring at us and giving us dirty looks". I am so sorry, but she is working for a city, with many children/ adults who are low income who just want to get help and study in a place that was created for them. this didn't sit right with me and the attitude Jamie gave us was not ok. I had to pay $15 more dollars in order to print in color like i had asked for before. I have never been so dissatisfied. I hope to hear back from management and i will be filing a report with the city. I hope no other child ever feels the way me and my sister felt yesterday.

I was charged $10. I was mad as hell. I went back here, and one of the female staff members at the information desk was able to explain to me why this happens. She even showed me a sign as proof that this happens to a lot of people, not just me. Her kindness and professionalism quickly melted away my anger. I was thankful for her honesty and I left the library feeling much better. I was so close to writing a 1-star review. But thankfully the staff member was kind enough to explain this to me.

Even though this might sound crazy within those rooms they have more rooms. Just in the kids place there is a small computer room, storytelling room, quiet room, and outdoor area. In the middle of all these other rooms, they have a big wide open area where there are tables that kids can do arts and crafts, and they have tons of books . I didn't know this library existed, but my niece invited me to story time. I was speechless. This is going to sound crazy, but storytime was a blast! The person who did story time was amazing with all the children! She knew how to keep them engaged and had their full attention! She was very sweet as well! Thinking back to my younger years I don't ever remember a library being this amazing! Or nearly as cool! It literally felt like I was transported to a different world. Definitely will keep going to this library! The library's Wi-Fi works well. The people who visit the library are quiet. Which brings us to my gripe that I must discuss. At any time and at most times, when you're in the main library area on the ground level (top level) pretty much all the library staff is very, very loud in everything they do. When talking to library guests they speak in such a high volume, in contrast to all the other people who are silent doing their things, it is awful terrible loud. They have full blown in depth conversations at high decibels. Libraries are supposed to be quiet places to study. The other part of this gripe is the library aides. Throughout most times I'm there and I do mean throughout, the library aides do this thing....it seems like they throw the books they' handle onto these metal rolling carts they work with. Every couple of seconds you hear the sound of what appears to be a thick hardcover book slamming against the metal cart. It always startles me and makes me furious. I'm a very aware type of person. I would change my work style if my work was creating such a disturbance especially in a place like a library. And there's all these other loud sounds they make with their carts. Often you have a symphony of that and another loud conversation with the librarians which actually is the case this very moment. I'm not lying. I wish there was a place I could lodge a complaint or talk to the head of operations here. I continue to come back because of the waterfowl and the peace I get here and I am productive when I study here. But all the racket almost completely ruins the peace that would otherwise be had there if they weren't so goddamn loud. It's a library. It's supposed to be quiet and mellow. You should take your loud conversations outside if you have to have them. Do you hear any of the guests having loud conversation as you do? That's because they're not part of the problem. Other than that those two significant issues the library is perfect. I still recommend it and you might not be bothered by the noises I described. Give this library a shot. Parking is right next to the library and it has a lot of great views. It seems their books and graphic novels are great but I haven't taken a deep dive. I'm sorry for criticizing the noise but I had to.

The staff was very helpful and they signed me in with a buzzer to know when my turn was up as they only have 1 agent. The facility has parking in the back and it looks very clean. The tables in the middle have power plugs on the top for you to use. They have meeting rooms and quiet rooms. Overall I had a good experience.
