To make matters worse, our order was incorrect. Both drinks were made with oat milk. My daughter didn't like the taste, but she's shy and didn't want to ask for a replacement. Even then, the employee at the window kept insisting that we had ordered both drinks with oat milk. Mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled was disappointing.
