The staff were nice and warm. Offered fresh brewed coffee and even brought it to my table one time. It's easy to ask questions when you know you have a friendly staff in front of you and interaction was pleasant. I ordered a Cinnamon bun and the guy offered to heat it up. Went well with my regular black coffee. On a different instance they even brought me another coffee from a fresh batch when they realized the one I just ordered was from an older one. That was really nice. I just realized it's nice to come here in the mornings as well. The walls are all glass so it lets a lot of ambient light from the outside in. It's refreshing to have sunlight on your face while having breakfast or when reading. I tried the bacon and egg sandwich and I know it was fresh because the egg yoke oozed out when I took a bite. I was pleasantly surprised. The bread tasted and smelled good. The bacon crisp. The veggie fresh and green. There's a lot more pastry options during the day. I posted it here. The ambient music is just right, not too loud, so friends can have a relaxed conversation without the music drowning their voices. There's plenty of free street parking. When you step out there's plenty of other shops to explore. They have the Marble Slab Creamery. Of course the Chairman's Steakhouse. Yes there's a beach and sand, in the middle of the neighbourhood. Awesome! A paved running trail is conveniently located around the beach. To make matters worse, our order was incorrect. Both drinks were made with oat milk. My daughter didn't like the taste, but she's shy and didn't want to ask for a replacement. Even then, the employee at the window kept insisting that we had ordered both drinks with oat milk. Mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled was disappointing. This location can and should do better when it comes to accuracy and customer service.

Left the bucket out right in front of us. Then shouted at us at 5:45pm in a rude manner to tell us he was closing in 15 minute.
