I just finished a session of treatments for my acne scars (TCA Cross + 4x Anteage MD Microneedling) and my scars almost all gone and my skin texture has never been better. It still takes couple more months of heeling process to see the full effects. Dr. Sam was super helpful. She never upsells you anything unless you ask her for advice and she will honestly suggest you the treatments that's not their more expensive treatment, only based on your need. Also, she would clear all my white heads automatically before each treatment without me asking. I even had an acne wouldn't go away for a few weeks and she thought I might need injection for that. But after she inspected it, she just extracted it while she was clearing my white heads and said the pus had became superficial since I had been using her acne solution so no injection needed. For real, she would never force anything on you or rip you off. She's so caring to keep asking for my feelings during the treatments. Wow, realized I never wrote a review for Dr. Sam! I was looking up places to do microneedling to combat some pretty bad acne scarring I had. I had a lot of pitted scars from picking at my skin and hyperpigmentation as well. I've done 4 (maybe 5?) sessions along with one session of TCA cross and my skin has honestly not looked this good for years. Dr Sam starts you off gently and ramps up the intensity depending on how your skin responds. A lot of my scarring has gone away and my skin texture is noticeably smoother. Originally scheduled a round of microneedling after having a horrible experience with another Dr and spending so much money. The microneedling treatments really worked well with my skin, I saw such beautiful results that I just booked another round for this year. I had some mild acne scarring, some of the worst of it was over 10 years old. I was so self conscious about it and never had any real treatments to help. About 6 months after my last session my skin is so much smoother, the scarring is def minimized to the point that it doesn't even bother me when a year before it was all I saw when I looked in the mirror. Vollure is one of the newer fillers in the Juvaderm family and it helps softens moderate to severe parentheses lines and wrinkles by adding volume to the lines and wrinkles around your nose and mouth. This ends up producing subtle and long-lasting results for up to 18 months. I decided not to use any numbing products and just went ahead with the procedure. I have had a wonderful experience at Ananya Aesthetics (AA) due to Dr. Sam. I had a small pore that needed to be treated with a TCA Cross, but always had difficulty finding a dermatologist. My boyfriend suggested AA and while the office is quite far for us, we knew immediately that the trip was worth it and have seen significant improvement only a few months. There are two things that stand out when you meet Dr. Sam: (1) She allows you to come to her with your issues and (2) She does not treat blemishes morally. Other professionals I have met in the past are quick to point out flaws (existing and otherwise) so that they can upsell treatments and luxury products. Dr. Sam is different, she lets you suggest what you think is wrong, so you don't get a complex about yourself and feel pressured to get expensive treatments. And when you do point out what you think is wrong, she does an excellent job of explaining that blemishes are just the product of biology rather than a moral failing. There is no shaming, the way a dentist will shame a patient about flossing, some blemishes are just inevitable. Her kindness is valuable and unfortunately rare. But I know that I can trust her with whatever issues I bring up, and have even recommended my family to AA. The office can fit maybe three people comfortably, which might be important to keep in mind when booking an appointment.
