Arrived about 20 minutes early and figured I could sit inside and wait. But they let me use the compression boots for a bit. Dumiana handled my Cryotherapy and was amazing to work with. Great Experience! Got the complete body Myofascial release + cupping. In my 14 years of lifting and just life I had never done this type of physical therapy. Visited for my second time yesterday. Again - I am NOT an athlete and now WFH so very sedentary these days. I thought I just slept wrong but my shoulder pain (which impacted my mobility on right arm) was still around after 2 months! Before I went to a doctor, I thought I'd try the experts here first. If I could rate more than 5 Stars, I would. Muscle Lab has been life changing as someone who experiences constant tension from TMJ and working a desk job, mixed with movement as a Pilates Instructor. I've been doing monthly Myofascial Release Therapy with Ariana for just under a year, and she continues to do miracle work in helping me release tension and improve mobility. My experience with her has been filled with warm customer service, and consistent, intentional care for my body. I used to get massages and while relaxing, the affects don't nearly compare with the full body reset I experience with Ariana at Muscle Lab (seriously, she gets elbow deep into my muscles - which is what I need - and I feel *brand new* every time) - not to mention their cupping and compression therapy services that I almost always opt for. All of their services aid in both recovery for active lifestyles, but also those with sedentary lifestyles who are in need of release and mobility. Came in for a stretch therapy session with Ari and it was pretty great. I arrived on time for my appointment (booked via classpass) but ended up waiting 15-20 minutes because a big group had arrived just before me. They even let you use a machine that calculates your body fat percentage (and other various metrics) for free which is nice! They have free little water bottles and offer a variety of services ranging from cryotherapy to CBD massages. The stretch therapy is out in the open (not in a private room) and on a massage table. You can choose between doing an upper body stretch or lower body stretch. I got the lower body stretch and it mostly focuses on stretching your legs (tbh I wanted to work on my back the most?) Ari knew all the spots to stretch me and also was very good and knowing where my limits were and how far she could stretch me before I scream in pain lol. She was really nice and tried making small talk (but it was hard for me to talk and grit my teeth in pain at the same time). I definitely think this is something you need to come in for regularly to see results. They don't really teach you how to stretch, but just stretch you. My only cons were the long wait time, the fact that the stretch therapy isn't in a private room, and that there is only one bathroom. read more

I came in very last minute and they accommodated me very quickly. The sign up process was smooth, you fill everything out online and they text you the forms to sign. By the time you get there, you're ready to be seen (efficient intake process). I scheduled an appointment that afternoon and they were ready to see me within 45 min. As for the location, the setup was not as I anticipated.
