Have been twice and pleased with both visits, even though on one visit there was a bit of a mishap as to what I ordered versus what I received. Luckily, even with the mishap, they rectified the problem quickly by adding to my IV bag the missing items without additional charge. Staff is always very friendly and the place feels sparkling clean. I got when I'm feeling run down and/or dehydrated. They have also been very accommodating to same day appointments. I had no issues with my appointment at Hydration Room. Very organized, easy, quick. I got a NAD+ injection and I was out within 5 minutes. They even call the next day to follow up. I grew a little skeptical because the clinicians seemed very very casual and I didn't see the vile when she went to get the injection. So, I thought I'd do some searching to find an answer to very important questions - who is the doctor and where do they get their product from? Well, there's a doctor who runs the clinic but he's in Newport Beach. Okay, sure... it's pretty much the norm for the doctor to be uninvolved nowadays. Sadly. But I brushed it off. Then, I emailed their headquarters and asked about the product. They told me where they ship it from. Some place in TN. I tried to find the lab they mentioned and it's nowhere to be found. There's 0 trace of it online. I even looked at an extensive list of all the labs in TN- not there. When I told them this and asked for the labs contact info, they replied saying they can't give out their contact info. And they attached a PDF of a lab result of the NaD+ they use. This evaluation was from some company in Texas. I looked them up and... they have a 34/100 rating online along with a lot of negative reviews of how it seems like a fake company. Some people don't care which is fine. But I really want to be sure what I inject in my body is legitimate. Therefore, I unfortunately will not return. read more

Just called today to get a b12 shot for my first time. The girl over the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Upon my arrival I showed up early and they girls greeted me so sweetly. I came here on a same day appointment after a long week of dizziness and nausea related to chronic pain and inflammation. I chose the fitness package for the inflammation and muscle benefits. When I arrived I got a one on one consultation with a knowledgeable RN named Carmen who thoroughly went through my health history and suggested some modifications to my bag due to my history of allergies to certain meds. I expressed to her my anxiety about a potential allergic reaction and she was very attentive and kind throughout the process and didn't make me feel pressured at all to even go through with the service. She told me they would monitor me closely and said they had benadryl and epinephrine just in case and I felt assure enough to go through with it. She administered the needle quickly and painlessly which in my experience is fairly rare--50% of the time it takes multiple pokes for me and I've been told it's because of small veins+i'm overweight. After the needle was inserted I was moved to the lounging area where the bag is attached. I started getting anxiety once the drip started and thought I was having a reaction because of a red mark on my arm. The nurses quickly stopped my drip and consulted a nurse practitioner (via phone, i think) and they said I could stop and wouldn't be charged for the service. I was close to leaving but an amazing nurse named Katie talked me out of my anxiety spiral and said she was fairly confident that the redness wasn't a reaction but just a mark from the tourniquet i didn't even remember i got. She gave me a cold compress and gave me time to recenter. I asked if I could proceed with the bag and she asked the NP for approval and then we were back on track! I'm sooooo glad I was able to stay for the whole treatment. My brain fog is gone for the first time in months and my energy is up. I truly would not have even been able to write a review this long before this service so I'm sort of taking advantage of the forum while my pain is at bay. Thank you hydration room! Tip? I purchased an injection package during the Christmas and the service is fine. They are always super quick and the people there are nice and friendly. But depending on the staff person, at the end, they have you check in on the computer screen and it asks you if you want to pay a tip. Are you kidding me? The whole idea behind tips was because people weren't being paid a full minimum wage. (Everyone in California should now be getting minimum wage.) Why are they asking for a tip here? I definitely will not be purchasing anything else from here. *** In response to your response, I really doubt that anyone asked to give someone a tip. If they wanted to express their gratitude insome way, they could have given them a gift. They have so many options and different type of cocktail mix bags for any thing you can need. Hangover, flue, cramping, beauty, and lots more specialized treatments. I really like that they offer Nad and stem cell treatment. I want to bring my parents back for this and am highly considering gifting them this for Christmas. I had critically low ferritin with symptoms like fatigue, palpitations, and shortness of breath. My PCP initially recommended OTC iron via MyChart, but after I called for clarification, she ordered a STAT iron infusion. Unfortunately, insurance delays made waiting unsafe due to active bleeding. My husband and I treated ourselves to an IV the other day. When you walk in you are checked in by the receptionist and then you consult with a nurse who in charge of your prep. The nurse asked us how we were feeling and made suggestions. I wanted to hydrate so I got the IV for hydration. The service itself was a little less than an hour. We enjoyed our service and watched whales on the screen while we waited, we had some tea, and talked. They check on you regularly and make sure you are comfortable. I've always had really great service here, and everyone used to be so helpful. I had a scheduled appointment for a simple injection. They took other walk-ins before me. I had to wait almost an hour. Street parking is only an hour so I had to move my car. The nurse comes in and doesn't say hello or how you are doing. Just ok, I heard you need to more your car. Nope, I'm out never coming back here again. I should've had to wait over an hour for some help. Place seems unsanitary inside. They just lightly spray lysol on the chairs and pillows then have the next person sit there. Chairs look dirty. Staff seemed more concerned with getting everyone on a membership. read more

After nearly fainting from a short walk from my apartment to get to USPS from the sun... I spent the day before coming here trying to rehydrate and make sure I stayed out of the ER or Urgent Care... I have been to many IV Hydration clinics, both on the east coast, and now that I've moved recently to the west coast, in the LA area as well. When I first moved here a year ago, I did a search online for some affordable, nearby, comfortable, highly rated, authentically run, clinically professional places to get my regular IVs for rehydration. I ended up, at the time, finding a place, which is also a well known chain, which is located in busy downtown LA, with another location in West Hollywood. I have been to both regularly over the last year. But parking was always the MAJOR issue and it prevented me from going as often as I should have for my health. But then I recently moved to Pasadena from the last city I was at in LA County, and I did a new search... I am SO lucky that I did! I found The Hydration Room and was blown away. They are pretty tiny and hidden, but found out they were only about 5-6 blocks from my new home, and I was so thrilled and gave them a call right away. Right from the pleasant and inviting phone call to make my first appointment, to the super easy street parking I found just 2 steps from the door, and the very sweet and professional nurse (Darlene) that took care of me the entire time I was there... I was so happy to have found this place. They have pretty good Membership Prices too where you join for on-going appointments (1 per month, or more often if you want to pay less per visit) and the cost per IV drip, any one you choose from their menu, goes down. I will recommend this to anyone who feels they need it or already has had regular IV drips for their health in the past. I will certainly look into joining at my next visit there. Super posh here. Lounge chairs are v comfy. Décor is fresh, simple and chic. Lots of whites and blues. Professional and efficient staff and nurses (I've come twice now). First time was for the free B12 shot. Second was for a hydration IV, which made me feel great, hydrated, and like I had to pee! Watched a bit of tv while I waited, and noshed on some tea and roasted almonds. It was also a bit nippy, so i used their pretty, warm blanket while i hydrated. Altogether a lovely experience, although paying out of pocket would prob be a bit much for me.
