I would've thought this could've escalated and actually did something about it. Not just give me a free cookie. Apparently they did nothing about it to this crystal lake store and their hygiene. I got some mini cookies last week, and once again a long blonde hair tangled inside the lemon poppy seed cookie. This is getting ridiculous. I can't even eat a crumbl cookie in peace without having the need to stare at the cookie and be on the look out for a hair.
