I happened to get home as they were about to leave, so the main maid did a very quick walkthrough. We spend no more than 15 seconds in every room where she just told me what they 'had cleaned' and moved on to the next room. There were 3 people in our home for 3 hours and the cleaning they did was the most superficial cleaning ever. It takes me less than 2 hours to do the same mediocre job these people did for almost $500. The worst part of this was one of the maids who called me a "Jodona"--which, for those of you who don't know, is a rude term that roughly translates to "pain in the a$%". Her words: 'Now we know for the next time she's a jodona' I couldn't believe it. She said it as if I wouldn't understand. I DO speak the language, and she had no idea. The nerve of this woman to be so disrespectful while on the job is beyond me. To make things worse, she had the nerve to say that my dog, who has always been super friendly and has NEVER growled at anyone before, was apparently "growling" at her (even though I didn't hear it or see it happen). She used this as an excuse not to clean the master bedroom. But guess what? They still dusted the TV stand--so it's not like they were too scared to be in the room. Clearly just a poor excuse for not doing their job. I've never been treated so poorly by a service provider. Not only did they not do a proper cleaning, but the disrespect was unbelievable. I called the main number as soon as I was done checking the whole house. Lisa sent the same cleaning maids to complete the job. I had to take time from my busy schedule to go room by room showing them everything they didn't clean so they could get it done. I have recordings in my own home of one of the ladies slamming the kitchens cabinets after I asked her to please cleaned them (they never got cleaned anyway). Do not overlook this company simply because they don't have many reviews yet. If they continue rendering such stellar service as they did for me today, their Yelp page will be overflowing with 5-star reviews in the near future! I contacted them 2-3 days before I needed a move-out cleaning. This being the "social distancing era", I send them video walk-through of my apartment and some pictures of particularly problematic areas. One of those areas included an oven that I never used for two years because it was already so DISGUSTING when I first moved in, and a storage area that mice had apparently been using as their personal toilet for the previous year, unbeknownst to me. Hairo did not make me feel bad about booking last minute, or for requesting Sunday service (when they are normally closed), OR for the supreme nastiness of my apartment's problem areas. He just said, "Yes, we can do this." He sent me a quote via text which gave a line-by-line breakdown of precisely everything they were going to do, and it was split into sections by room type (kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc.). Very organized and professional. Today was my move-out and their cleaning service was THE ONLY THING that was good about the day. Hairo and his team showed up on time for our appointment, and friends, you CANNOT imagine how mortified I was when they walked in and saw that I wasn't done packing yet. That had never happened to me before, and I didn't even know what to say. Hairo would have been well within his rights to cancel service for the day (because with a move-out clean, it is assumed that you will have moved everything out before the cleaning crew gets started). It would have been more than understandable if he had given me a look that said, "Come ON. This is unacceptable." But instead, he calmly surveyed the state of things, reassured me that it was going to be ok, called a fourth team member to come join them, and then instructed his team to grab boxes and start helping me pack. I could have cried, I was so grateful for the help. At no point did any of them appear frustrated or angry at the extra work. Instead, they smiled at me and reassured me whenever I apologized to them or gave them a look that said, "I know, I'm a piece of trash." They were each very respectful when packing my items and they did their best to put like-use items together in the same boxes. They worked quickly and were done helping me pack in just under an hour! My friend and I started to load up our vehicles to transport my boxes to my new apartment, and by the time we got back to pack up for round two, Hairo's team was done!! I couldn't believe it. I walked into an apartment that smelled UNBELIEVABLY clean and fresh - almost as if they had planted a grove of lemon trees somewhere behind the walls. Everything was literally gleaming and sparkling. It looked beautiful. Hairo walked me through the apartment to show me all the big tasks they completed as well as the detailed work on the problem areas. The graveyard of mouse feces was almost unrecognizable from before. They had even moved my fridge out from the wall to clean the droppings BEHIND it -- which I had not asked them to do but was so impressed by. Everything was perfect, and they managed to do it in 90 minutes or less! Hairo and his team needed to rush off to another cleaning job so I was not able to fully express my gratitude toward their professionalism, empathy for my embarrassment at not having been ready for them, and their positive, can-do attitudes the entire time they were here. I paid them via Venmo for the amount they quoted me, and then separately sent a gratuity for each of the 4 team members as a token of appreciation for their efforts. If I could have tipped them each $200, I would have. That's how much I felt they *truly* deserved for a job so supremely well done. So please, do yourself a favor and hire this company for whatever your cleaning needs may be. They are a family-run company and they are incredibly hard-working and professional. I took several of Hairo's business cards and will be handing them out to friends and colleagues whenever anyone mentions needing a cleaner! I can't wait to be able to use them again.
