It was 2 adults and they brought their 2 teenage sons to help though the 2 adults did most of the work. They did a great job on the bathrooms but the wood floors were smudgy and sticky. I asked for the inside kitchen and bathroom cabinets cleaned. They forgot 1 bathroom cabinets but I was able to bring it to their attention and they fixed it. After they left I found 5 upper kitchen cabinet shelves were missed so I cleaned those. Also the foyer entrance stone floor had some sticky tape like residue. They didn't see that but I was able to remove it with a rough sponge. I wouldn't consider this deep cleaning. The whole house was empty so easier to clean without furniture and carpets. Most windows were done, some not. Very nice people but not as much professional cleaners as others. Next time I would get 4 adult professional cleaners for $100 an hour but they weren't available on my time frame being I live out of state and here to get the house on the market due to a death in the family. However I do appreciate their last minute service.

At the time it wasn't a big deal, so we rescheduled for the following day at 4pm. Jennifer ended up texting me the next day, Sunday, again less than two hours before she was supposed to arrive for her rescheduled cleaning saying she wouldn't make it. We then rescheduled a second time for the next morning. She said she would arrive between 9-10am but she NEVER SHOWED! I texted her to see if she was still coming but never received a call or text as to why she didn't show! Jennifer had said she was more than happy to work us into her short term rental rotational cleaning but how could I trust she would ever show up to clean? Three different times she was supposed to come clean but never came! It's a shame because I was looking forward to working with Jennifer but this is very unprofessional.
