I called Bossina Couture and literally begged her to correct her error, she refused. My husband went to the store and offered to pay more for another gown, the owner dismissed him and told him to leave. I paid cash for this gown!!!! This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering the high price of the gown. I expected better customer service and at least the ability to exchange or return an item that was clearly not as ordered. I would not recommend this store to anyone based on my experience.
