Without a doubt Tabitha and Scott Talbot are my FAVORITE salon in the area. I spent a good time down in Columbus and was devastated by my return to Akron when I realized that I needed a haircut a couple of months after my move. I am extremely picky about my salons because my curly hair seems to have a mind of its own. So I thought I'd try Scott Talbot again. While I was in Columbus, Scott Talbot seemed to have grown too. They are much bigger than when I was in high school. I was scheduled with Tabitha and the fates must have brought us together because she can do things with my hair that no other hair stylist can. Not only is she awesome at hair, but she's beyond friendly and nice just like many of the other stylists I've encountered. Plus, as a regular Tabitha does free bang trims. I'm always extremely happy when I leave. I'm also always happy with the service as well. I can call and get in with Tabitha either that day or the next. They are so accommodating and as prices go I feel that I am getting more for my money (which is reasonable priced) at Scott Talbot than any other salon.

My friend had the owner do her toes & she was done in 30 minutes. I had to wait until someone came in to work to do mine. She put her fingers on my toes at least 3 times & had to remove the polish completely & start over. In the meantime, the owner had taken the polish to use on her next client, so I had to wait until she was finished with it. Seriously???? We had only been there about 40 minutes. The staff are extremely friendly and laid back so while you're in a really nice, clean salon/spa, you also don't feel judged or stuffy. As soon as we walked in we were taken upstairs to the pedicure stations. We were each given a glass of wine (came with the package) and we relaxed in the chairs with our feet in the hot spa foot tubs while we waited for our pedicurists (is that a word? lol) to get situated. It was fun talking with them while they worked on our feet and they also respected our personal conversations between just me and my friend as well. They did more than I've ever received during any other spa pedicure. They scrubbed our feet, filed them, clipped nails, foot mask, foot scrub, lotion and massage, and painted our nails. It was the fastest hour of my life because it was so relaxing! I seriously could have sat there all day. When we were finished, the ladies helped us move into the next room so we could let the paint dry on our nails. My toes look great! The paint was perfectly done. This experience was worth every penny and before our pedicures were over, my friend said she wanted to come back. I don't think we'll be going anywhere else for salon treatments. This is THE place!
