She isn't patient, she snaps back at any question, my mom pointed to something and asked a question and she yelled at her. You never know what someone is going through, but this hasn't been just one visit. Honestly she has almost become something we've laughed about when stopping because it's almost like she must be paid to be this miserable all the time. We won't be back except for the random clearance events. The place has definitely gone downhill in the past few years, less and less offered. The store space is smaller. The chocolates don't even taste the same (or maybe the experience makes it taste miserable, ahahah) I don't see it lasting more than another year or two max. I rarely visit any of the Malley's stores on a regular basis because none were nearby... Maybe that is why I craved my favorite Billybobs so much. Fast forward many years, I visited this store to get my usual Billybobs, chocolate almond bar, and chocolate bar with pretzels. Not sure if my tastebuds have changed, or their chocolate recipe has changed, but I was not crazy about the chocolate. Plus, the pretzel chocolate bar, the pretzel was a tad too salty Compared to some of the other chocolate brands that I have been eating lately (one is chocolate bar from Aldi), these other chocolates are 100% better tasting than Malley's. These other chocolates are creamier, taste more expensive, and for less price than Malley's. I have to say, I will no longer crave Malley's chocolate, especially since I can get other brands that taste better and not so expensive. Also I noticed that Malley's chocolate bars are smaller than I remember.. The positives: excellent customer service, and the store is always bright, clean and inviting!

No offense but as somebody who was a cake decorator and a baker before too, that is a ridiculous price. I will gladly keep going to Giant Eagle and getting the sugar cookies that taste the exact same and basically have the exact same designs for much less of a cost. I would love to support a small business and a local one at that, but there's no way I would ever pay that much for one cookie.
