We won't be back except for the random clearance events. The place has definitely gone downhill in the past few years, less and less offered. The store space is smaller. The chocolates don't even taste the same (or maybe the experience makes it taste miserable, ahahah) I don't see it lasting more than another year or two max. The outer coating on the truffles is very thick. One thing I've noticed is they don't skimp on the amount of chocolate on each item. The chips are dipped several times with a thick layer of chocolate. The truffles can't be consumed all at once. You have to take bites since there's such a thick layer on the outside. I've found everything very interesting so far, and I'm sure I will return since there's a HUGE selection of various things.

I rarely visit any of the Malley's stores on a regular basis because none were nearby... Maybe that is why I craved my favorite Billybobs so much. Fast forward many years, I visited this store to get my usual Billybobs, chocolate almond bar, and chocolate bar with pretzels. Not sure if my tastebuds have changed, or their chocolate recipe has changed, but I was not crazy about the chocolate. Plus, the pretzel chocolate bar, the pretzel was a tad too salty Compared to some of the other chocolate brands that I have been eating lately (one is chocolate bar from Aldi), these other chocolates are 100% better tasting than Malley's. These other chocolates are creamier, taste more expensive, and for less price than Malley's. I have to say, I will no longer crave Malley's chocolate, especially since I can get other brands that taste better and not so expensive. Also I noticed that Malley's chocolate bars are smaller than I remember.. The positives: excellent customer service, and the store is always bright, clean and inviting!
