And for our secret surprise wedding disguised as an engagement party, we couldn't have had it any other way. 1,000 moving pieces + 180 degrees of mystery = how the hell are we going to pull this off?! A simple formula for a complex event. Thankfully, we had her expertise and support the entire way leading up to the engagement party (I mean wedding!) and, of course, throughout the day itself. For the 5 weeks leading up to our event, Vicky kept us engaged and focused during weekly meetings. Once we had all the checklists, mock table photos, inventory, timelines, and guest lists organized, she sent us off to relax for the remaining days of our singledom. During the wedding day, she kept us cool, calm, and collected. She rallied all the troops at the appropriate times; she even made sure we got ourselves food to enjoy before opening it up to the rest of the guests!
