One to get my photo ID and the one for fingerprinting. There was a little problem with my birth date but the gentleman who helped me gave me the phone number to call and I had it taken care of in two minutes and everything proceeded smoothly. He took my picture and quickly selected the best one. The fingerprints were probably the fastest I have ever had them done. I have had people really struggle to get them right but he did it effortlessly. Even with 2 appointments and a small problem that was not his fault I was still out and on my way in about 10 minutes. In addition to ID's and fingerprinting they also offer a wide variety of services. You can purchase boxes. They are a print shop. They will help list your eBay items and ship them. You can fax, have a key made or rent a mailbox. You can have a document notarized. You can have a shipment packed. You can have a photo copied and printed. Last but not least you can shop their novelty, gift, and office items. I was in a rush today because I needed to get this appointment done before heading into work. The gentleman who helped me had such a pleasant attitude and an efficient manner that he turned a chore into an actually pleasant experience. Mary helped us and said it would take 2-3 business days for processing, but that it would likely be back on Thursday. Thursday came and went and we heard nothing. On Friday afternoon, I called and was told the registration was still not back, and that since Monday was a holiday, it would likely be Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. As you can imagine, I was not happy. Much to my surprise, late Monday afternoon, I received a text stating the registration was ready for pickup. This morning, my brother arranged for a friend to drive him there, which took an hour of his time and theirs. Upon arrival, he was handed the registration but there was no required yellow sticker! When he asked for the sticker, he was informed that their courier didn't get one and it would now be ANOTHER 2 to 3 business days to get the sticker. This is simply unacceptable. We could have gone to any number of other places and had the tag back within two business days. We chose this location because it seemed to be most convenient, but this has been nothing short of a MAJOR inconvenience. I would NOT recommend this business to others.
