Not sure how to feel about this service. I consulted them via yelp messages and they gave me an estimation amount which I was fine with. They were 1hr & 15 minutes late but got started very fast & efficient. The owner himself and another guy came to do the work. He apologized for being late since it was also a busy day but I also booked last minute (about 24hrs prior), but I did expect them to be on time or at least delay not that much since I read some good reviews about other booking a last minute service. I ended up paying less than the estimate since I ended up having less items to remove, but I didn't feel compensated for the time delay. Yelp Project Request. Quite a job they did. The photos I took were decent, but they did provide an in person estimate which I highly reccomend. The actual in person quote was a bit higher, which I expected since the work was about 3-4 hours for 2-4 people to clear out a 10'x14' room. They gave me a low estimate, but their final estimate still came in under what most people quoted. They worked very quickly, organized, and didn't damage any cars that were parked close to the clean up area/garage. Plus the driveway to get to the garage was also very lengthy to carry things back and forth with their carts. Their follow on appointments, text message, photos, reschduling was amazing. I found Anaw Hauling via a Yelp project request and they did not disappoint. I was moving out of my place so you know there is a lot of stuff that needs to get thrown out, from coffee tables to old towels. I had several large furniture items for removal and a bunch of other things that were too big/heavy for the regular garbage bins. It was quick and easy to schedule the date/time for pick up. The team arrived on time and quickly removed everything I pointed to! After spending the last 3 weekends packing, moving, sorting, tossing, debating and giving stuff away - My back, hips, and knees appreciated not having to do anything else in relation to dumping the rest of my things. The price was reasonable given the amount of items I had for removal as well as taking into consideration I'm on the second floor of an apartment complex.
