So I got charged for a used trans 4500 and I looked up the part the dealer said he changed and it was only 600. Scam. I wouldn't go to them unless for certain you knew it was a bad transmission. Tow it out of town and get second opinion. Sucks for the owner to be that dishonest. Hell have to answer to God.

My concern is that after replacing the coolant hose, my vehicle immediately displayed a low coolant warning when I picked it up. At a minimum, I would expect the coolant level and cooling system to be checked before a vehicle is returned to a customer. Had that been done, this issue may have been identified before I drove away. While you state I should have returned under warranty, I chose not to because I had already lost confidence in your shop based on previous experiences. I wasn't comfortable risking further damage by bringing my vehicle back. A second repair facility found that the coolant reservoir and another hose needed to be replaced, resulting in additional expense shortly after your repair. Regardless of whether you believe those failures were unrelated, my experience left me paying for multiple cooling system repairs within weeks of each other after your shop worked on the vehicle. I understand you disagree with my review, but it accurately reflects why I no longer feel comfortable using your business.

It was maybe 150-200$ for just the check up what needs to be done so might as well get it done. I decided to just get the gear assembly done they had my car for 3-4 days. I mean the job was done, but this is the minor issue that I notice the first day I got it back .I can't see my gear shift when I reverse, park or put into drive at night. Usually the letters will glow red but it doesn't. I don't know if it's something they didn't notice since I noticed at night, I haven't called or anything about it bc I work full time and having it at the shop for another few days means a bunch of money spent on Uber.

They managed to fix all the recall items but then tell me I need a new motor and they are backordered until further notice .. Rudy tried his best but can't fault him.. now comes Yelp, I find Kiko's based on the ratings and reviews. Call up and talk to Frank.. he recommended a tow company and had them tow it to the shop.. he confirmed the blown rod and found me a used motor in a day... they tore it open on Monday and done by Friday as promised. The shop is a little messy but to me as a boat guy, I like that because it means parts can be found. I forgot to mention this whole experience was done by phone because it's a 2 hour drive for me. I wish shops like this were more local to me.. keep up the great work guys!

Their mechanic department definitely needs improving! I had a jerking with my car from 0 to 20…read moremph. Took it in. They replaced some parts picked it up. It drove worse than when I dropped it off. I asked if the throttlebody plate was cleaned. I was told three different answers. Yes, it was cleaned. No, it wasn't cleaned yet and then it did not need to be cleaned. My breather hose was broken and left like that without my notification. But I was guaranteed that that was not the problem. Had my car for 10 days the first time I took it back for three more days. Was told the problem was my wastegate that I was previously told was fine. I decided not to take it back to have my Westgate replaced because my car would need to be there for another two or three days. I picked up the breather hose that they had broken. I took my intake apart to get to my throttlebody, cleaned my throttlebody and replaced the hose that I was guaranteed was not the problem and my car is fixed. All of these things I mentioned, but apparently they did not believe I knew what I was talking about probably because I was female! Before you take your vehicle there, please know what your engine looks like so you can tell if anything has been broken. I would say females definitely need to beware.! I also asked to have my front brakes done only to find out that the technician felt that they were not a hazard, so chose not to change my brakes. Everything that I suggested or asked to be done as far as the throttle body plate and mass flow air sensor to be cleaned. It was not done. It was basically just ignored.
