Absolutely horrible experience. I have never been treated so poorly at a nail salon. I was cut during the cuticle service, my nails were filed down way too thin, and the finished nails looked awful. I tried giving them another chance with a different technician, and it was still a disaster. This was the worst nail salon experience of my life. I needed to find a place for my nails and I found a new spot that popped up close to my house. Anais nails is in a great new shopping plaza in Aventura right next to PuraVida and close to the Whole Foods. They were able to get me in today! Which was great! I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Which I was in desperate need of. I was greeted with extremely friendly service by the manager. Everyone there was super polite and helpful. The location is clean as well as all the tools were sterilized and came out of the package that had been in the autoclave. They have a huge selection of services... and every option for nails you want. Huge selection of colors! Luz did my nails!!! She was awesome! I wanted to try something different and she was so patient and took the time to find just the right color combo with chrome. She definitely has experience with nails. She took her time doing my gel.... A Perfectionist. I'm in love with my silver chrome nails. Forget glazed donut . I need to give these a new name. I made a request for a simple design, and after sitting there for two hours, the result was completely wrong and was not something that I liked at all. After bringing up the fact that the result was not good at all, they became very argumentative and refused to work with me about it. They could've just told me that they were unable to do simple nail design and I wouldve said okay and left. Would not reccomend this place. read more

Very nice neat place in an upscale area of Aventura. Excellent service, polite and friendly personnel. Great verity of colors, no hidden fees lots of different quality materials and even a separate area for nails drying. I had manicure and pedicure done at the same time on a comfortable massage chair. if I could give zero stars I would. wow so terrible. Nail tech looked like she never touched a nail in her life, reception had attitude. took a whole hour just to take off my nails. I Ended up leaving after that because I knew they would not have done a good job with the nails. 20 dollars just to soak off, let me mention they had me soaking in boiling water. Now my nails are undone, ruined, and my hands are ashy from soaking in the hot water. waste of time and money. read more

Now I have seen my share of the customer service lacking here as other reviewers have mentioned...I called the day before New Year's Eve to see if I could come in for a pedicure and lady on the phone told me I could come in at 10am. On New Year's Eve, I arrived at 10:20 and she told me she never told me to come in that they were "booked" no appointments and to leave and acted like she did not speak with me on the phone. After a back and forth she admitted she spoke with me on the phone and then said she told me 4pm. Untrue. Even though the nail salon is located in a prime location in Aventura, the customer service is truly want lacks. Manuela the owner I believe, is nice but she needs to hire competent staff members who not lie and act like they have amnesia when faced with the facts. Lord knows I might need a witness for my conversions with the staff here. Even though this is a location I frequent for my pedicures, I will not be back anytime soon. read more

I went here because my usual salon is pretty far way and this place was just built so I thought let's give it a try how bad can it be. Oh, it's bad. When I was seated the nail tech was on her phone while taking care of me. She used top coat as a base, and even asked me if I wanted a second coat because she said it was good enough. I was about to do my hands also but after seeing the results of my feet I had to make up a sorry excuse to avoid losing more of my money and time. The picture I attached speaks volumes. Wow! Worst customer service ever! While the nail techs are kind and competent the desk girl is the worst. I made a total of 5 appointments and not one of them was done correctly. I just left (for my last time ever) . Because I had a problem waiting for 30 minutes for a scheduled brow wax at my last appointment the sassy and spiteful desk girl decided to cancel my nail appointment for today. I have never encountered someone so unprofessional. She uses nastiness to try to hide her total incompetence . Do not waste your time at Anais nails. I've given this salon a number of tries and every time I am unhappy. I called to make an appointment and the lady on the phone was rude.. i almost told her to forget it and go to another place..But I tried to just give it another chance. My nail shape doesn't match on any fingers. I got coffin shape and the tops are not straight. My nails look clumpy and not evened out. I will not be coming back to this salon and now I will be going to another salon to get my nails fixed. read more

I never write reviews but this nail place was so rude the second I walked in. First of all they're all spanish but I have no problem with that because I'm fluent. They started showing me a collection of "teen" colors... Safe to say I'm a junior in college , but continued treating me like a child when I was with my mom. They finally set me up with a lady and asked for some simple square nails, she couldn't resist to keep saying how horrible my nail strength was while filling them horribly. I told her I wanted it straight square not SLANTED and she wouldn't fix it and said it looked fine how she did it. I kept politely asking for them to be straight and she told me to do it myself so I did one of them to show her and grabbed my nails back and she said she didn't understand what shape I wanted..... like what.... so I got up and left. OH and they also don't know how to take off acrylics !! they were about to rip my pinky off with a nail cutter. I've been to sooooo many nail places and this is the worst one i have ever been to. read more
