First Off this Place is now called "Kingston Crossing Wellness Clinic" I was going to this place regularly for some back pain most likely caused by the job I have which involves lifting and contorting my body in ways I probably shouldn't. Not only did they seek to solve that issue but also showed me an x-ray of my back and how it was starting to curve. We came up with a plan together of what treatment for that would look like. The plan included adjustments, what I am going to call intense stretching (there is a name for it I just cannot for the life of me ever remember.) , and massage and I mean when massage is involved how can it be bad right?? The pain in my back went away pretty quickly after the first few sessions . Unfortunately I had to stop going to treatment because the insurance ran out and so did my money. Even though they are extremely kind and generous and try to work with you. I would like to go back and likely will just don't have the funds right now. read more

Dr Bailey refuses to provide me with a statement now that my insurance claim is ready to close. And won't answer any of my questions. This has been going on for over 3 months. I'm being billed for dozens of services and I don't know what they are and can't get an explanation. read more

I came to this location when it was Kingston Crossing Wellness in 2021. I ended up switching insurance providers since they accepted United at the time. I submitted my insurance information and made my payments before leaving the facility each time. It was shocking to receive a bill for hundreds of dollars 3.5 years later. Dr. Josh Bailey claims they do not have my insurance on file nor did they ever submit anything to my insurance. He told me I cannot expect their employees to always follow procedure however it looks to be a recurring issue based on the recent reviews. I believe something very strange is going on here. I have never been met with such resistance from any medical provider when trying to resolve a billing issue. I have attached a screenshot showing my correspondence with Dr. Josh Bailey and his refusal to send me a revised bill since I have a copy of our correspondence via email. I have never heard of anything more unprofessional from any medical facility. I still have yet to settle this bill because of Dr. Josh Baileys refusal to provide a correct bill. To add insult to injury, over THREE YEARS after my last appointment (which I paid in full at the time of service), after they rebranded, and haven't contacted me at all... they send me a bill for a $25 copay and are super snarky that I'm surprised I owe anything. Rude. Unprofessional. And clearly are incapable of accurate bookkeeping. It's wild. read more

Just recently got notified via email that I have an unpaid balance from 3 years ago. I was a cash paying patient and paid in full at the start of care. Have never gotten a bill or phone call regarding a balance due. Until now. One time, I was left in traction and forgotten until the front office saw me when they were closing up for the night. They were very apologetic. Major staff turnover during my treatment time to include business office manager,front desk staff, and even the other chiropractor walked out and quit! I believe there was no real management, and they were trying to grow the practice too fast with new services like vitamin infusions and oxygen therapy. It's just a shame that now, three years later, previous patients are getting bills for services that they thought were paid or "written off." Was told they have a new accounting program. Dr. B and his staff are very friendly. Dr. B is an amazing chiropractor. I've never been to one who actually cracked you. I have had the punch thing done or just some popping by pushing on my back. They warm you up with a wonderful massage bed. Then take you to the chiropractor table where the bottom from hips down flips up and down stretching your hips and low back. While this is happening, one of the staff takes this machine that vibrates and massages your back. Now, Dr.B comes in and twist the back up to your neck and I tell him everything after he's done "oh man, you are awesome!" Highly recommend. read more

He is professional yet also kind, warm and genuinely caring, and chooses staff who are as well. I just had my first few appointments here for a sudden onset of lower back and radiating leg pain - one for massage with Joyce, which was wonderful! and one with Sean for acupuncture. He is an expert - extremely knowledgable - and made the process easy and not scary (I'm a little needle phobic). All procedures were very safe and clean for Covid precautions. It has been over 2 years since I last visited the Kingston Crossing Wellness Clinic. I waited this long to write a review to ensure that any benefits of my treatment had ample time to manifest. At this point I am confident in saying that I received absolutely zero benefit from the treatment I received there. The treatments I was provided included: 6 months of chiropractic from Dr. Gill for migraines, after which my migraines never abated; stem cell treatments and PRP injections for peripheral neuropathy, which despite being incredibly painful provided no improvement; acupuncture for headaches and neuropathy, from which I saw no benefit; Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation and red light therapy both of which provided some short-term relief, but no long lasting effects. All told the cost for these treatments was $5,500, none of which was covered by my insurance as alternative medicine. As migraines and neuropathy are not the easiest conditions to treat, I suppose that I should not be overly disappointed; however, Dr. Gill's optimistic assessment, particularly with regard to the chiropractic treatment and stem cell therapy definitely had me going into the process with high hopes of success. In retrospect, I am left to question why Dr. Gill could truthfully have such a high degree of assurance that they would work when neither he nor any of his staff ever contacted me following my last day of treatment, at which point they were confident that my condition would improve over time. Without further contact with his patients, I don't see how Dr. Gill could determine the actual effectiveness of the course of treatment he prescribed, especially given the sparsity of research regarding the effectiveness of these treatments for those conditions. At this point I mostly feel as though I've been taken advantage of by a modern day snake oil salesman, and though I am still an advocate of holistic, alternative or complimentary medicine, I wish someone else had written this review before I agreed to shell out such a large sum for a physician who clearly cares more about his income than he does about his patients. read more

Paid over $5,000.00 for plasma and stem cell injections for my knee. I was told if I had this done and still had problems I would receive the complete series of injections again, at no further charge. Fast forward I waited per their instructions, I still have issues with my knee. They contacted me for a follow-up and after mentioning this they said they would give me a discount if I had the injections again. NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD! JUST A BUNCH OF CROOKS. Awesome staff doing the administrating. Facial PSP package is extremely expensive and did not work for me. Better results with a $200 peel. Still paying on it while looking at the things it only slightly helped with. Especially compared to the before and after picks used to draw you in. Chiropractors performed unnecessary work to collect from PIP. Also, years later, claimed a family member had every vertebrae was messed up and at the time, said only a small problem. I think the kickback from the workman's comp lawsuit changed their mind. Bunch of crooks. read more

The care is good, but I couldn't afford them. They wanted me to sign up for a $1500+ out of pocket treatment plan. This is on top of the $1,500.00 charges for two visits, which included Xrays and an ultrasound. Way too expensive. If you can afford it, I would recommend them. read more

This has taken me a whike to write as I have been patiently waiting for any wrong to be done right, and well it hasnt happened. MY husband and I suffer from ridiculous amounts of back pain. Him from rebellious teen years, and mine from pregnancy. We were offered complimentary massages at kids day in poulsbo. Great we were excited to try a new place as my husband has never had a professional massage before. Scheduling was a little bit of a conflict as my husband works across the water and doesn't get back until sometimes 6 most nights. We also have two small children so we would eed to have one massage and then the other right after because we don't have sitters. We finally worked out a day that he had off and we're excited. I had to call the morning of our appointment to see if we could push it back because we had a emergency vet appt we needed to make, and I conflicted because the appointment was in silverdale. I spoke with a gentleman and explained numerous times my husband and I had massages and needed to see if their were any later times. He repeated back to me that it was a massage appointment 3 different times, and I asked him twice about making sure I was with a massage therapist who could do pregnancy massages. He claimed he understood and said he would the schedule. He checked and came back on to say he could put us in at 4:45, which was perfect. We pack the kids in the car and battle the traffic from Silverdale where we live to Kingston. As we walk in no one greeted us at the front desk. So I walk up and say hello, the girl asks what my name is I tell her. She replies with you what type of appointment, and I said massage she said you were suppose to be here at 1:30 not 4:45. We don't have you scheduled. I said there must be a mistake I called first thing this morning and rescheduled our massages. So a girl comes from the back and takes a look and determines somehow our appointments had been put as chiropractic appointments not massage. At this point I'm irritated at not only our appointments not get rescheduled correctly, but they never called when our appointments were missed earlier that day. In which case we wouldn't have even drove all the way from silverdale to kingston at 4 in the afternoon. The girl said she can call another massage person in who lives close by, but they wouldn't be here until 6? It was 5 at this point. I know an hour may not seem like a lot, but to a 2 year old and 6 year old it is. They also weren't able to separate our appointment so we would have no one to keep and eye on our two boys. I asked for the card of someone to speak with, the girl went to the back and came back out tell me someone would be out to talk. I was so far annoyed at that point that I wanted to leave before my pregnancy hormones got the best of me. As we were pulling out of the parking lot a guy stopped us and apologized and said it would be worked out and we would be compensated for our time. I get a call back 2 weeks later and haven't heard anything since. We were very excited to try massage. My back and hip from pregnancy is excruciatingly painful and my husband's much worse. They need some basic scheduling training before we even consider to come back. read more

I saw there acupuncturist who was nice and did a decent job however I have nothing to compare it to as to that was my first time trying it. I have to say that this company is very unprofessional. They don't know what insurances are covered and what ar not. I was told that my deductible had been meet with the services I paid for. So I waited a bit to see if it showed up on my insurance and it wasn't. I called my insurance and they said they havent receved anything so i called the wellness clinic and to find out they billed it wrong and they only do billing once a month. They figured out the problem and billed it correctly but kept trying to get me back for more services. I told them not yet because i want to know where my deductible is at because I cant afford to pay out of pocket. They kept saying that we know your deductible has been met its no problem. I told them i would like to see it for myself before I have anymore services. So now it's been a month and nothing towards my deductible. I call my insurance to find out that the acupuncturist was never in my network. I would have never went and got as many visits as I did if I had know it was out of network. There acupuncturist was new and wasn't on there site to see for myself that he was in network but there other acupuncturist that no longer work there was so I figured that this one would be the same. I guess the moral of the story is to be sure to do your homework and don't leave it to the professionals who should know. read more

This clinic was recommended to me because it is one of the few facilities that perform the PRP procedure for my knees. The staff is friendly and courteous. Dr Sunny Gill is professional with a sense of humor. I did not know what to expect from this clinic. I was delighted to find they are warm, empathic and well trained. Dr. Gill made a commitment to provide the treatment and addresses my condition in a holistic way. I am very happy with the results.
