Brought my vehicle in, by the suggestion of my usual car care center, citing that the battery was having issues. I passed this information along to Johnny's, but would I did not realize is that they would throw that information in the trash. They chose to do completely separate jobs (draining water from the door, pull out an untouched GPS tracker), and charged $500. They didn't bother to call about passing this along, and I had to call just to hear that they were already done, and they were very excited to present me with the bill. And of course, my issue was not resolved. And looking at the rest of these reviews, it seems that's exactly what these sleazy scumbags love to do. Bascially, they charge $150 an hour for labor, even if the labor is not to resolve the issue. If they want to charge you for draining fluids from your car, finding random things to replace, and BillyBob eating a sandwich in your car, you have no choice but to pay for their benevolent services! An absolute disgrace of a business that has no place in our community!

The BMW E39 5 series never came equipped with BMW's "cinnamon" interior- only European examples received it. Well, I somehow got my hands on a 2003 525iT wagon that had this exclusive "BMW Individual" Cinnamon interior- possibly the only one in the country. I currently have a 2000 528iT in alpine white that I'm rebuilding from the ground up and this was my ideal interior to swap in. Though it was rare, it was also very beat up (15yrs and 195k miles would do that). The front seat had the most wear. As you can see in the photos (check Google reviews for the photos unless), the front thigh bolster had some huge rips in it and the black threading (which looks fantastic against the cinnamon interior) was wearing/getting dirty. In addition, there was massive wear in the side bolsters. Also, the driver's side door panel was very worn. I was concerned this wasn't salvageable and that I was back to square one with my build. This is where Brian came in. When he saw my seat, he laid out what he could do and what he couldn't. Every good salesperson understands the importance of managing expectations. Brian did just did- but managed to exceed what I thought could be done to restore these super old seat. My seat looks like new, has that "new leather feel," and the door card looks just like it came out of the factory back in 2003! Special note on the door panel- Brian noticed the special black stitching and didn't just spray over it carelessly. Wanting to keep the original look and protect its exclusivity, he took the time to hand paint it with extreme attention to detail and it shows! It looks perfect. I'm extremely excited to install all the new interior into my car and drive one of my "dream builds." It's all thanks to Brian that I get to experience it "how it was" back in its former days of glory. If you're in the Triangle and looking for leather/vinyl restoration, give Brian a call. He won't disappoint.

Robyn is always a delight to speak with, and Brian and Randy, the mechanics, are always straight up with me. I had a fuel issue last summer and Brian graciously spent time helping me try and narrow down the issue over the phone. Turned out he was right! (it was bad gas). Recently I wanted to swap out my lower unit and Randy was very understanding of my concerns. I've worked a little on boats myself so I do know a tiny bit, and Randy immediately recognized what I wanted (vacuum test for the lower unit seals, and a test on the dial indicator to make sure the shafts were in spec). Owning a boat is just a exercise in waiting for something to go wrong, and having a trustworthy dealer makes all the difference. To Robyn, Randy, and Brian, keep up the great work!

These movers came to my house but parked in front of the wrong house…read more I asked that they turn the truck around and park in front of my house instead, as I knew my neighbors usually parked in the street. Instead of simply turning around and moving (which would take a maximum of 3 minutes), they left. I waited outside in the rain for them thinking they were going to turn around the block, but when we called, they said they didn't want our business. I understand there might have been a miscommunication, but they were rude and inconsiderate. I am grateful that we were able to get in touch with movinghelp, as they were able to rebook us, but this caused undue stress and tension in an already stressful situation.
