Justin in service will get you whatever you need for your bike whether it's just an inspection, new tires, or a Stage IV upgrade, he's got your back as does the rest of the service department--they even take care of my non-Harley 2nd bike. Katie will give your bike the best detail you've ever seen, it will shine showroom new. And Brandon will help you order that new seat you've been eying or get you a demo windshield to try out even if that means you need to try out six of them in a row and bug him for a screwdriver over and over. I am familiar with a lot of the staff here because I joined the dealerships' HOG group in 2021 and I've enjoyed tons of special treatment. Every year we have a free dinner party on the roof in Ray Price's old apartment that sits on top of the dealership. This year we got to watch fireworks on New Years from up there, it was amazing. I've literally ridden thousands of miles and stayed overnight on HOG trips in 20+ states with these people. The HOG group is one of the best groups of people you will find anywhere. They do a ton of annual trips to the Dragon, Little Switzerland, The Outer Banks, and National Rallys--we went to New Orleans and St Louis and even West Virginia in 2025!! They also do new trips to new locations every year. They even have monthly dinner rides and weekly lunch rides--something for Not only does the HOG group host rides but the dealership does as well. I've camped in the mountains with the staff from the dealership who made all of our food for us and led rides on the Blue Ridge Parkway and other amazing roads, and they didn't care if you rode in on a Harley or not, there were young guys there with Honda's and they treated them just the same. That's not how Bulldog is going to treat you (and they don't even support a HOG group of their own riders if that tells you anything). They do a ton of public events for everyone. They often have free activities for kids like building Lego Motorcycles. They often have free food as well as an assortment of food trucks. Bands. Mobile shops selling all sorts of motorcycle items both handmade and wholesale. On top of all of that, they offer many amazing classes such as rider classes and safety courses. This is a five star dealer ten times over. I am thankful for having a place like this in our community that caters to all riders.

Hunter said I may not be happy with it per his expertise, but still got me fitted and finished the purchase. I did go home and try it out and was definitely not impressed. And made the process super simple. When I came in the store, both hunter and Lindsay jumped right on the task. One was getting my Cardo installed. The other was putting on the pin locks and talking me through maintenance. It feels like I was in and out within minutes; when I thought the whole process would be an hour. Because the valves needed to be check/adjusted, I trailered the motorcycle to/from so the engine would be cool and I could get it done same day. To check and adjust the valves, the fuel tank had to be removed from the bike. Took it out for a ride first thing Sunday morning. At around 7:30 a.m., shortly into my ride, my legs started to feel wet. I looked down and noted gas spraying from under the fuel tank all around my left leg (spraying because these scramblers have a high pressure fuel pump). I looked up to figure out how to safely get off the state route and immediately felt my legs getting really warm. Looked back down, and flames were shooting out around both my legs. I killed the engine, stopped quickly with the front brake, and jumped from the motorcycle. To be sure I was driving normal highway speeds, on my own, in Eastern NC. No twists and turns or anything aggressive. Called Garcia Moto from the site and left them a voicemail. Also emailed them this video. Having not heard from them by Tuesday at noon, I took what was left to them to see what could be done. The service manager told me that he had received my messages but had been directed by the owner to not contact me--that Garrett Garcia just wanted to wait and see how things would play out. Garrett refused to take any responsibility, ultimately saying I would just have to deal with it. He and his Ducati tech insisted the valve service (which required removing and reinstalling the fuel tank) was super simple and that there's NO WAY they could possibly be at fault. If you know anything about bikes, you know this is not true. There are all sorts of things that could go wrong when servicing a motorcycle, which is why the service cost me over $1660! Even Ducati North America investigated the bike and told me there were no manufacturing defects in the bike. Incidentally, the service required them to also check all fuel lines and fittings, so even if they didn't damage them and the components were faulty, that is LITERALLY THE POINT of the service. Pretty gutted. I'm 39 years old and this was the first vehicle I ever purchased brand new. Took exceptional care of it and wound up with nothing the very first time I let Garcia Moto take care of my motorcycle.

They were the only shop in the area that would support my Genuine Scooter Company maintenance warranty. According to the manufacturers instructions they were supposed to tighten bolts, adjust valves and do a fluid change. Instead they crashed and totaled my brand new bike. Then tried to charge me for the labor and service. They crashed it on a Thursday (took it in on a Tuesday) but they didn't tell me until Saturday after I had called a bazillion times and they wouldn't call me back. The people I dealt with were Doug and Charlie. Doug was super unprofessional. Charlie (who crashed the bike) without a helmet on, who knows if the guy even has a license. I'm still super mad about this...you guys ruined my entire summer of riding. I had saved for over 2 years to buy this bike and you guys ruined it in a moment and then tried to make me feel bad about it.

It took me a while to do this review because I wanted to include pictures of the finished bike. The tanks were both really rough when I dropped them off and they came back perfect. The color was correct and the finished surface was like a mirror. Clear coat over the decals was better than original and the bike looks fantastic. The work was done earlier than promised and the price was to the estimate. Toxic is not a cheap bike or body shop. They are a custom house that does top end work and you pay for it. If you want it done right then they are the folks to call. Will bring my next bike to them as well.
