We stood there waiting -- and waiting -- while we could literally see employees working inside the garage, yet we were completely ignored. After many minutes of being treated like we didn't exist, I knocked on the garage door. Still nothing. Eventually I opened the door myself and a man working on a car finally looked at us. When I mentioned that I wasn't sure if he knew we were out front, he tersely replied, "Yes, I knew. What can I do for you?" When I said we wanted to rent a U-Haul, he looked annoyed and said we would have to wait 30 minutes -- no apology, no explanation, just blatant irritation that we even asked for help. We left and went to another U-Haul location where we were treated respectfully and professionally. This experience was rude, unwelcoming, and completely unacceptable. I will never give my business to a place that treats customers like an inconvenience.

We initially spoke with a woman who was very kind and was able to work with us. This was due to us being over an hour from there. They send over a video, highlighting some minor scratches and dings. This wasn't an issue as any used vehicle is liable to have some scratches. Upon arrival, we go to take a look at the truck and see that the right front panel of the truck is not only dented but seems to have been "fixed" and "painted" with a color that did not color match. There also appeared to have been some rust on the frame that was painted over with spray painted with CHROME. Not even the color of the truck which was silver. This was incredibly disappointing.
