It also hosts tournaments and game demos, of which schedule can be found on the store website or social. The only minus point is there is no shipping if you're from out of town. But that what keeps this place a hidden gem of DFW.

I asked my husband to go with me and that's how we ended up here. So we found the boxes and proceeded to grab 5 of them. We noticed that the self checkouts were all card only, but one. The guy in front of us used it and then walked away- so we went to the register. The lady looked at us and was like "ugh, can I help you" and we said yes we have these. She was talking on the radio and kept telling us to use a self checkout and I said I had cash. She was like ugh and said I will see if I can get someone here. Mind you we were standing in front of her for more than 5mins. And My husband was like no it's fine don't worry about it he would just use his card and she just was like okay and walked away. I understand if you're are in between something, but being in retail you assist the customer or explain the situation like "I'm sorry I don't work up here, but I can definitely have someone come up here to help you if you don't mind waiting for a minute," but no she just doesn't say anything and was like she wanted to get away and rolled her eyes.

Upon pick up, 2 were not framed the way I asked so she offered to do them again while I waited. After getting home and unwrapping them, I realized one was not secured in the frame whatsoever. None of the items had a finished backing put on. The hanger on one was put on so the art would hang sideways. I had to take them all somewhere else to fix them quickly as they were a gift. When I asked Hobby Lobby for a refund, they told me no because "I got what I paid for."
