Wednesday: they called to clarify my order and helped correct an inappropriate card stock choice on my end. Thursday: shipped. Friday: delivered. Wow! So let's address the latter first Phoenix media has more than be reliable when it comes to our printing jobs they are on time they keep up to their promises and they even make sometimes magic happen when you are in a hurry. This is the reason why I love to work with a local company instead of one of those bigger companies that just do not even have the chance to care about every single customer I have the feeling Phoenix media does. The pricing is most reasonable and fair but I'm OK with even paying a buck more when I have the special services. that's it that's was sad in the beginning it is always also about the employees that represent the company and stands up for the values or simply put care for customers The representative I work with has always responded fast and made even small corrections or recommendations on our print material to make sure everything comes out as it should basically I love working with Phoenix Miriam to have our small printing drop done fair priced fast and correct!

The reviews here are alarming, especially when you've got a few packages that require a direct signature that you can't be there for -- writing this review in real time to offer an updated experience that's hopefully reassuring! (fingers crossed) Pre-delivery: Noticing that a direct signature will be required, I hop on to the FedEx app requesting a hold at this location. Within 10 minutes, I notice a voicemail from this location that they're expecting a shipment, delivery date will be updated soon, and that there's a 5 day hold period before the package will get sent back to the sender. Pickup: Super smooth, friendly and so quick! If you have the FedEx app, I strongly recommend checking it for a pickup QR code. I showed my ID, signed, and within a couple of minutes was on my way -- there are even hand carts near the entrance of the store so you can easily carry multiple packages. I didn't catch your name, but thank you to the FedEx Office team member who stepped in so quickly and helped me pick up my packages in a jiffy!

Shipping can be tricky because you don't always have standard mailing sizes at home, but the team here was so awesome in helping me measure, pack, and choose a shipping option that was economical and made sense. I'll admit that I like the USPS's pick up feature at my door, but this was well worth it! Great price and friendly people. They blamed Google email server, however I sent from an ICloud and Gmail server. The employee mentioned this being an ongoing issue and didn't seem to offer any solution.
