Stopped using them years ago. They were having some apparent personnel issues. They fired some employees that were doing an awesome job and replaced them with incompetent people. It really seemed like some nepotistic hiring, since the replacements seemed to be easily overwhelmed and undereducated in what was being asked. read more

I have been using documart for my small business printing needs for over 5 years. We were devoted to the eastside office off of NE Sandy Blvd., which recently merged with this office on NW Yeon. My last job with Documart was a low run, high-end job that required attention to detail, and more professional skill than Documart seems able to afford. They are a print mill, and if you want a professional that will act as a consultant and adviser on your project (like a good printer should be), I would not recommend Documart. They really overlooked key details that derailed our project (like recommending a textured cover stock that messed up the digital printing, and overlooking an odd number page that acted like an insert!). When I shared my concerns with them post-production, I got no response. That's not the customer service you look for when you're paying good money for printing. read more

Extraordinary customer service! DocuMart in NW Yeon and the downtown location have both delivered on my tight deadlines. Specifically, I want to endorse Kevin at the NW Yeon location. This is the first yelp review I've ever written (truly). I was compelled to write this review after Kevin really went the extra mile, working with me on several components of my presentation books. It was evident that he was highly motivated to get it right and exactly the way we wanted it. When we discovered a glitch in the power point presentation (mistake on our end), Kevin corrected it and stayed after hours on a Friday to get it done. His positive, friendly demeanor and professional approach was really outstanding. Though notably, I have had very similar experiences with other DocuMart employees - Sarah at Main, and Cody & Lindsey at NW Yeon ! My most recent project was an extremely important presentation and I am so grateful to Kevin and Lindsey for all of their extra work (with smiles)!! We will bring much more business your way!
