Making others aware of my experience with this business so you can be aware of what to expect or not. This place came recommended through a friend of the family who I know to be meticulous about home care. The service needed was driveway seal coating. However when they were done the driveway still had visible cracks in it, making it appear as if the work had not been done, which was an eyesore. I was told during their application that the following year if I wanted to seal coat again, to request that they first cover up the cracks with a different method , before doing the actual seal coating itself. Had I known this in advance I would have asked for exactly that and avoid the disappointment. I would have been glad to pay the additional expense but the two man crew said nothing until I asked. Not a good way to attract customers, keep customers or count on recommendations. Although they made a mess by splattering some of the gunk on my new vinyl siding they cleaned it up as best they could, avoiding walking on other areas that were already covered. They left me some liquid so that I could access the other spots later. I paid by check even though I could have saved a few bucks by paying cash up front. I was assured that a receipt would be sent to me via e mail. Actually it required several texts and additional phone calls before I got a response at all. The response was filled with apologies since they didn't know what to do about a non-cash paying customer!!! When I finally got the receipt, a month later, it was a generic receipt for the amount with a printed signature and NO letterhead to indicate the company name. I don't think there was any intent of malice in this experience and whoever I spoke to, seemed genuinely nice when I FINALLY got them to return my call. I would not recommend using them for seal coating but if you decide to do so, make sure you ask about cracks in the driveway being filled before the seal coating itself. I won't use the service again under any circumstances. The experience amounted to a waste of money from my perspective. read more
