This is an older camp that is located directly across the street from Mesa Verde National Park. We are about ten minutes away from shopping in Cortez and about forty minutes away from Durango. There is nothing fancy or new about this place, but I would return here again if I could. WiFi paid for the site, and it supported our Zoom meetings, could stream without any problems, and was the most reliable. The sites are uneven, but they came out and added some more gravel to help with mud and some holes. I was VERY thankful for the support! It is so convenient that you are so close to the park. In the evening, we went in and watched the sunset since we worked remotely during the weekdays. It was a little worn out in the laundry room, but it did the job as expected. There is no doubt that I would stay here again in the future. read more

We stayed at Ancient Cedars RV Resort expecting a premium experience based on many of the positive reviews, but our experience aligned much more closely with the concerns raised in several of the negative reviews. The biggest issue was the overall lack of maintenance throughout the park. The grounds appeared neglected, with overgrown grass and weeds in many areas. The resort advertises dedicated dog areas, but both of our dogs came away covered in stickers and burrs that had to be painstakingly cut out of their fur. We also spoke with other campers whose dogs experienced the same problem. If a park promotes itself as dog-friendly and provides designated dog areas, those spaces should be maintained and kept reasonably free of hazards. What made this more frustrating was that there always seemed to be someone driving around the park with a weed trimmer, yet during our stay we never actually witnessed any meaningful grounds maintenance being performed. The condition of the property suggested that upkeep had been deferred for quite some time. Site spacing was another disappointment. The sites felt extremely cramped. The rig behind us was positioned so close that their patio area essentially backed up to our utilities. At one point, a neighboring camper accidentally stepped on our sewer hose because of how little separation existed between sites. We also paid for what was advertised as a "premium" site. In reality, it was located directly on a dusty road with a clear view of the campground dump station. That is not what most RVers would reasonably expect when paying extra for a premium site. After reading the reviews again following our stay, I find myself wondering how representative some of the glowing reviews really are. The maintenance issues, cramped sites, and questionable premium-site location were not isolated observations and seem consistent with concerns raised by multiple other reviewers. While the location near Mesa Verde is convenient, the resort itself did not deliver the quality or level of upkeep that its marketing and many of its highest-rated reviews would suggest. Asked that my complaint be heard by the owner and the response was that my complaint was noted. No empathy for customers. We had the opportunity to stay here while visiting Mesa Verde. The park was so close to the campground we had wonderful views. The park was very clean including the showers and laundry area. Our kids really enjoyed the large playground, and pool!! We even played pool on the community space that was loaded with games and puzzles. I enjoyed how private each site felt in comparison to other concrete rv parks. Trees everywhere and the sounds of horses and cows nearby was a relaxing twist to rv camping! This is a quiet park with an attentive staff. The site is large enough for our class A. They have larger sites that are more $$. The views are amazing and it is close to many places to explore and visit. I am excited to wake up to these views for next 7 days. They have plenty of things for families to do. I would definitely recommend this RV park. The only downside is the internet connection. It is very slow or non existent. If you need to work while staying here, you may experience difficulties. If you want to disconnect (like us), then this is great! read more

An older camp situated directly across from Mesa Verde NP . 10 Minutes to shopping in Cortez and about 40 minutes to Durango. Not new and fancy but i'd come here again. Easy hiway access. Safe place for kids. Riding stable & horses next door. Ceder covered hills with wide variety of sites. Many pull thru with full hookups. Excellent wifi at upper "premium" sites. Poor cell coverage. Quiet & clean. All gravel roads & spaces. Gets muddy in the rain. An older camp that may predate the appearance of slide out RVs. Said because the sites are quite cozy with neighbors incl my premium site. My living room slide is about 10 ft from the neighbors bedroom slide. Young owners are making improvements & upgrading as they go along. Reasonable overnite rates, more so with common discount affiliation. The campground is stretched out from the lower main office. A bit of a go to the upper sites. The only restrooms & laundry are in the office building. The dog run is quite large but is down near the campground front and a long walk from the upper sites. Mabe 5 min. I know doesn't sound long. Unless its dark or raining or blazing hot. We took our dogs down in the truck. Water pressure was low at the upper sites. The ground drain hookup was lower than my rv connect point. Hooray for gravity. So many campground drains are higher. (Hello KOA) Let me emphasize that fluids dont flow uphill on their own. Mesa Verde National Park is almost right across the street!!!! I really had to think about this review.... Young couple working in the office couldn't be any better! Extra large dog park, large playground for the kids, pool, spa, horseshoes, mini golf and areas for groups of people to sit outside together. The reason not 4 or 5 stars is because most spurs are very very close together. Other spurs are wonderful nice and private or larger grassy area. read more

The customer service is appalling. We rented three cabins for the week and the owner was constantly rude and condescending to us. We were laughing and talking around our cabin one night and were possibly verging on too loud (it was just past quiet time) and the owner came down on her golfcart and berated us. She said she was babysitting us and continued to talk to us like we were children. This was our first offense, yet she felt like it was appropriate and necessary to say "Do I have to babysit you guys? Quiet time means quiet time. Do you understand??" It's a pretty location, but customer service is something to expect. The owner yelled at our family for swimming in the pool and she gets mad that she is expected to keep up with the maintenance of her establishment. The treatment this family has received after renting three of her cabins is shocking. The wifi that is offered does not work. None of us in this 12-person group have been able to get online with it. We don't mind that so much, as we are here to be together and have a good time, it's just a shame that services offered are not services rendered. Since the owner yelled at us for swimming in the pool, we took our family over the local rec center in Cortez. It's very disappointing that this family can't even use the pool on the site we rented three cabins on without the owner freaking out at us. Instead we had to drive elsewhere from our vacation spot to enjoy time together with the added fees at the rec center. EDIT: I posted the review halfway through the camping trip and the owner saw it and decided to take matters into her own hands. We rented the cabins Monday through Friday, what I called a week, but she was avid about me clarifying that it was not a full seven days. The owner came over to my cabin to "apologize" for saying she was babysitting. She then threatened to kick us out of the site for if I didn't take the review down and if I were to put the review back up upon leaving there would be "further repercussions." So the owners are dishonest, condescending, rude, and have no ethical qualms with blackmailing their guests. I recommend staying far away from Ancient Cedars and its repugnant owners. As for me, I look forward to my "further repercussion." UPDATE: 8/30/15 - the owner sent me a message on here, manipulative as ever, put screen shot with the pictures. As my mom said: "She is a sad, sad woman. Clearly she doesn't understand that we are looking out for others so that they don't have to go through what we did. I am just really glad it's over." And I can't agree more. UPDATE: the owner has responded to my review and this is my response to it: - nowhere in my review did I mention knocking after 10 PM, and if it were another family member, obviously I would've known because I wouldn't leave a family member outside of the cabin. - we didn't have song books nor is this a very musical family - my father spoke to the neighboring people about the noise after the owner came and chewed us out, they said that they didn't hear anything. - it was sunny the entire trip. - there wasn't any splashing that happened in the hot tub. There's this magical thing called "water displacement" you have people sit in a hot tub full of water, it's going to spill over the top and you will need to refill the tub. Sorry that basic maintenance of your property is such a hassle, Carol - I find it really odd that every review posted after mine mention "how wonderfully awesome and endearing the owners are." The other guests outside of our group as well as our group shared several horror stories about how sickeningly manipulative as completely unchristian Carol is. - three people were in the cabin with me when carol came and blackmailed me. My significant other and my cousin. - carol, lying is a sin. Save yourself from the scourge of hell and learn what Christianity actually means. (Hint: Jesus didn't lie, blackmail, or whine about how hard it was to keep up with his job). Also, using the name of Christianity to blackmail your guests is a heinous and ugly sin. I will pray for you. UPDATE 8/16: Carol has now taken to sending her friends to attack me through Yelp. It's really sad to see these old ladies act like jr. high school cyberbullies by calling me mentally retarded and saying I need plastic surgery (lololol, sorry, I can't even take that a little bit seriously). I really shouldn't be surprised that she would stoop so low, after all her behavior when my family was staying at the campground was akin to that of an angry fourteen year old. We arrived unannounced on Labor Day, no reservations. The owners were out front having a BBQ with the guests and welcomed us in with open arms. They even kept the BBQ going for another hour to make sure us surprise visitors got fed! Camp has two new hot tubs, one is only for adults which shows foresight on their part. They have a massive, and I mean massive, off leash dog area which was the largest of all camps we have stayed at. Our three dogs very much appreciated that area. Sites on the top of the park were a little close together but made up for it with unparalleled views of Mesa Verde. The park is undergoing various improvements as the current owners took over the park when it was in disrepair. Internet service is a challenge for the whole area but if you only need email and light web surfing you will be fine. Location is right outside the park entrance, you cannot get closer without staying at Morefield Campground in the park and this place packs a LOT of amenities in a very reasonable price. read more

Wow! Can't say enough about this place and mostly it is because of the wonderful people who run this place! Visiting Mesa Verde national park and their full hook ups were all gone so the ranger told me to drive across highway to this place, thanks ranger!! Immediately upon entering Ancient Cedars I was to feel like I was family, they were so nice and helpful with planning the next several days of my trip, I was only going to stay one night but immediately turned that into two and would have stayed longer if I could have! The place is just so darn cute! It is new owners and they are working on the place! But it has a lot of character. They have all the usual stuff with 30 and 50 amp spots, tent spots and even cute little cabins! Many sites have full hookups and many with just water and electric. They have a pool, two hot tubs, one for adults only! They have a playground for the kids and a miniature golf course. They also have an adorable cabin that has a large screen tv and a DVDs player there to watch movies. I love this place, hate telling people about it because next time I come through it will probably be full! read more

Great place to see Mesa Verde National Park! I believe we only paid $36 per night for full hook ups. They have great level spaces with amazing views of Mesa Verde peak, an awesome office store with most anything you need, a rec room with a pool table and TV, mini golf course, and a huge dog park. The only negative is crappy cell service (I have Verizon) and their WiFi is hit or miss (i'm pretty sure they turn on and off their WiFi services because sometimes the Wi-Fi would be perfect and other times it wouldn't work at all). This is a very average park with gravel sites. Good proximity to Mesa Verde National Park. The lady manager seemed nice when we first checked in. Things went south when someone in the park let their dog run loose and poop on the grass. Since they weren't able to determine whose dog it was, somewhat threatening large hand scrawled notes were left on everybody's doors saying we would be removed from the park, if we were at fault. No one I talked to knew anything about it. The situation could have been handled in a much more diplomatic manner, instead of alienating many of your customers. The Wi-Fi is a joke and should not even be mentioned as being available. Verizon 4G service is also not available here. There is a dirt road adjacent to the park. People drive on the road rather fast most of the time and stir up at ton of dust. At times this engulfs much of the park in a cloud of dust. We stayed here in a fifth wheel. I might check out a couple of other parks in the area before staying here again. read more

It felt like we caught this place on the verge of improvements, but definitely not there yet. The sites were small and close together, and not terribly level. There were two playgrounds, as advertised, but they were old and questionable. My laundry experience was the worst--only after loading the 4 washers with my clothes AND detergent did I learn none of them were working! Super frustrating. Rented out a couple cabins here with family. Definitely not planning to return, and would not recommend staying here. The location is nice. The beds are pretty uncomfortable, but manageable. Bathrooms are not disgusting, but pretty far from the cabins. They give you a 5 minute shower limit. Wifi was advertised, but not functional--frustrating for those of us who have to stay connected to the Internet for work. The Mini golf course is pretty broken down, and not complimentary--a 3 dollar surcharge per person. All of the other recreational activities cost money. They nickel and dime you for nearly everything. The pool and hot tubs are nice, but the owners chastise you for using them. There is a huge fly and mosquito problem. Each person in my group left with at least 10 bites. Outside firewood is prohibited. You have to pay extra for their "approved" firewood. The cabin doors are short, and people frequently hit their heads on the door frame when entering. From a logistical standpoint, the campground is not that bad. The thing that made our experience extremely dissatisfying was the appalling customer service. Owners treat customers like an inconvenience, and have trouble keeping up with the maintenance of their various amenities. Staff constantly pesters guests, and has trouble communicating without hostility. Staff members knock on guests' doors past 10 PM, when they are sleeping, to check in with them. The only place with functional wifi and air conditioning is the front office. The owners reside there, and will not allow guests to use the space for personal use. Honestly, no customer service at all would have been better than the service we received. Privacy, sincerity, and hospitality are in short supply at Ancient Cedars. Ultimately, even if all of the amenity issues were fixed, the customer service alone would be adequate reason to steer clear of this campsite. read more

I've been to campground where you have to pay additional per person for extra guests. I can understand the extra car fee... but when you're already charging me extra for those things, do we really need an additional fee for the size of my tent!? (Which is sized appropriately for the number of heads I was paying for). If you don't want to pay for the large tent, they'll also gladly charge you for additional tents. Or both. So $30/night is closer to $80-100/night. And I was just asking nicely, trying to figure out the best option for my group of 2 adults and 7 kids. Then I was told I was welcome to go camp somewhere else! Wow! Great customer service, guys. Now even if I wanted to pay hotel/cabin prices to sleep on the ground, I think I WOULD rather go elsewhere. I'm giving them a full 5 stars not because it's a plush resort, but because it's so well maintained and managed and the people are great -- exactly what you want out of a campground/camping cabin facility. Facilities are well maintained -- hot tubs and pools were clean and in good shape. I understand the rec room is nice but never went up there. I did use the bathroom and showers and again -- clean and well maintained though simple. We had 3 cabins (cabins are basic with small refrigerator and beds) right together with a gaggle of kids, and kids loved all the activities. Adults loved that we had a great space to spend some time and an area for a group gathering/campfire. But the owners were particularly nice and really seemed dedicated to making sure we enjoyed the stay. Which we did. read more

I wish I could do 3.5 stars. This place is solid, however, it seems overpriced for what you get. To be fair though, they're positioned in a very prime real estate location directly across from the Mesa Verde National Park entrance. We stayed in a deluxe cabin - twin bunk beds on one side and a bunk bed with queen on bottom and twin on top. VERY limited space other than bunk beds. Microwave and small fridge. Limited outlets. Very, very clean. Must provide own linens. No running water or toilets at, in, or very near cabin. They called it "primitive cabin" and it is. Beautiful views. The general area looks like it could use some attention and beautification effort. Bathrooms/showers are nice but a decent walk away. Doors to bathrooms have codes. Staff very friendly. Not sure I'd stay here again because of cost/value - tho again, similar things laces around area may be same or worse. read more

Stayed here for two days and loved it. You literally cannot get closer to Mesa Verde National Park without camping in the park. Grounds are clean and well maintained and owners are super friendly and customer focused. When we came in there was no fire ring in our site- so they brought us up a lovely portable fire pit. Didn't go into the hot tubs but they looked lovely - and the bathrooms are very clean. Would definitely stay here again if we head back towards Four Corners/ Mesa Verde. read more

DO NOT STAY HERE. I strongly suggest staying at the other RV parks in the surrounding area. This RV park may look good on paper, but all of their amenities are very low quality and useless with terrible customer service. To start off, the park says they offer wifi services. Upon arriving I was given a lecture on how I would be kicked off of the wifi network if I used too much data, and I agreed and then went on my way. Later, when I tried to log onto the network to check my email, the wifi did not work whatsoever. The park does offer showers and bathrooms, but they are very poorly maintained. The stench from the stalls of the toilets was disgusting, not to mention the soap was also completely empty. Also, later on that day when we took showers everyone in my group had problems with it. The water would constantly change from cold to warm, which was not very comfortable. There were also a bunch of bugs on the shower floor. Also, upon entering the showers we were welcomed by a sign that said there was a 5 min shower limit. Also the bathrooms are closed completely for 2 hours to allow someone to "clean" them. But all of these problems with the bathrooms do not come with a surprise, because on our last day at the park we overhead the owner woman complaining about her need to clean the bathroom later. The park does have a recreational building equipped a pool table, foosball, and an arcade game. The only thing is, when we got there we were unable to use any of it because we didn't bring money. What RV park makes you pay more to use recreational facilities? It was completely unexpected. Also, the RV spot we were on was very un level, and the water pressure was terrible. Could barely take a shower. All in all, we did not enjoy our stay here. It would have been fine if the owners would have been nicer, but they are some of the most rude and uncaring people I have encountered at any RV park. I also read all of their reviews and the owners are very bad a taking criticism and they are lashing out at past customers for bad reviews. Very childish and unprofessional. Very old and on a slant, so it's hard to play well. There is mini golf which is 3 dollars for 18 holes. Heated pool as well as 2 hot tubs. We were in the lower level with no views in this RV park. We were next to the dump station. The fence next to us was covered in ugly brown material. At least the upper level had a view. Sites are way too close to spend quality time. There are not 100 TV stations since most are repeats. Only 2 devices can be accessed to minimal bandwidth. We will not be back. read more

Our RV had some mechanical issues and we had an unexpected stay in the Durango area. We stopped by many many RV parks but since it was early spring, few were open and none of them had anything interesting for kids. We luckily swung by Ancient Cedars as a last option as it doesn't look like anything amazing from the road. However, the place is amazing. It is extremely clean, the owners and employees are so friendly. The miniature golf course is a lot of fun and my kids spent a lot of time on the playground and playing tetherball. Each site has a fire pit and it is right next to Four Corner Horseback Adventures who are also AMAZING but my kids LOVED feeding the horses from fence. On top of all of it all, it is pretty much directly across from the Mesa Verde Monument Visitors Center. I highly recommend staying at Ancient Cedars if you are looking for a lot to do right around you. read more

The camp host lady told me that one bad review won't matter since she has so many good ones, but here goes anyway... I wish I could give this place no stars. The resort itself wasn't bad, though not as green and lush as pictured. We made reservations over the phone since it was going to be after hours when we got there. I had some emails that I had to send and the main reason we choose this park was for the"free Wi-Fi". We travel in the summer for work and have our truck and fifth wheel and a suburban and flatbed. We stay in RV parks frequently, and have never had issues before with parking the extra vehicle in an out of the way area and are perfectly happy to pay a reasonable storage fee for this service. We pulled in, found the paperwork where the lady said it would be, and found our assigned spot. I pulled the camper into the spot, and my husband parked the other vehicle off the side of the road as he helped to get the camper placed. He was going to go see where he could leave the extra vehicle after that. He had no intentions of leaving the suburban and trailer parked on the side of the road! A woman and man came driving up on a golf cart just then. My husband went over to talk to them. I decided that while I waited for him, I'd send the emails I needed. I noticed he drove the other vehicle over to a different area, so I proceeded to try to send my emails. I could never get the open Wi-Fi network to connect, or go to a login page, though I tried numerous different ways. (To note, I'm not a technological idiot, I have connected to RV park Wi-Fi networks repeatedly.) My husband came back and was obviously upset. To make an already long story shorter, the camp host lady had been flabbergasted that we had brought an extra vehicle and wanted to charge $25 to store it overnight. My husband told her that was a bit expensive, and that as soon as we got the camper placed, he'd just take it back in to town and find somewhere to park it. She told him that if she "could just talk to Mr. G, they could work something out." He told her that he WAS Mr. G, and she then decided that $10 would be sufficient for storage fees. By this time, we felt that even $10 was too much. He told her no thanks, he'd just take it back to town. She told him that if he left and couldn't find a place for it, he couldn't bring it back. He told her that he would just leave due to the way he was treated if she would give him a refund, since our card had already been charged. She told him that if we left, she would give him a refund. This is when he came back to the camp spot, and told me we should just leave. I told him that I didn't think she'd actually give us the refund as she said. He asked what we should do. I told him I could go see if I could talk to her if he'd like. He said that would be good, since he had to take back the paperwork anyway. I walked down with him to her campsite. When I asked her about the refund, she informed me that we were trying to scam them by bringing in an extra vehicle that we hadn't mentioned when we made the reservation. (I will give her credit, we should have mentioned it. Everyone has human moments when they forget, and it honestly has never been an issue in the past, so we assumed it would be fine.) I asked her how we were scamming them by being willing to pay for an out of the way spot to park it. It wasn't like we expected to park it in a campsite for free! She told me that in all their years of having an RV park, they had NEVER had anyone bring an extra vehicle. I told her in all my years of staying in RV parks, I'd never had such a bitchy camp host, and that she wasn't entirely forthcoming about the quality of the Wi-Fi. She told me that I didn't even know her to call her a liar, told us to leave, and slammed her camper door. We went back to the camper, lifted the jacks, and left. The refund she promised has not been given. She wasn't civil from the beginning. I admit that we were at fault by forgetting to mention the extra vehicle when making the reservation, and honestly didn't think it would be an issue since it never has been at RV parks in the past. She didn't even give us a chance to make the situation right. The whole encounter from the time we pulled in until we drove out lasted about 45 minutes. While the resort may be nice, there is nothing that compares to good customer service, which we did not find here. I'd suggest staying somewhere else. UPDATE: Carol, thanks for responding! Yes, it was heresy! But I know Mr G, you are just some biddy at the rv park. How could your park be full of extra vehicles that night, you told ME that had never happened before? I admitted our mistake about forgetting the extra vehicle, it would be nice if you admitted some fault also. You can't always be right when bad reviews happen. There's always some truth to them. Friendly-enough staff, clean pool and bathrooms, and right across the highway from Mesa Verde. There's a nice big public gas grill for when the county has a burn ban, as they did when we were there. It was a little pricey at $45. Not fancy, but very clean and you could tell the owner cared enough to try to anticipate ever need of the guests. It's a small-ish RV park, which we prefer. The whole place is gravel, which is a bit dirty. We did have a shade tree which was good. The sites were small. Could not get the wifi to work at all. Overall, I give it a solid 4 stars. read more

Couldn't be more disappointed. I just left a park that only had wifi in their on-site restaurant. This park's website said WIFI. I get there and they hand me a note that says WIFI is only good for email and trip planning. I work on the road, though it doesn't involve large downloads, streaming,etc.The note said "Caution: excessive use, streaming, you tube, facetime, skype, downloading of pictures, or movies will limit your use". It doesn't limit your use - it disconnects you for 12 hours. I might have used facetime twice, no movies, no streaming. Obviously, they don't put that on their website. I certainly would not have come. If they were honest, visitors that need WIFI would not visit - that's probably why they don't mention it. read more

Ancient Cedars is an AMAZING RV Resort. Very reasonably priced. The hookups are convenient and the RV sites are very clean. The bathrooms and showers are extremely clean. The staff is very friendly and the amenities are wonderful. Great game room, pool, playground, and laundry. There is also horseback riding next door from Four Corners Horseback Adventures. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Mesa Verde. read more

Upon check in the managing lady seemed very nice, but after the first day there someone had let there big dog go # 2 several times around the camp ground I guess. The manager lady came around to all camp sites like she was on the war path looking for the guilty party and being very rude to me indicating that she would kick them out and if that's what I would do just carrying on!! very unprofessional!! Then she left and came back with in a few minutes with flyers and putting them on all campers that were not there or not answering there doors. At that time my wife and I were packing up to leave 2 days early because I had just found out my Father had passed away so when she had come back to place flyers I asked her if we could get credit back on our days not used she said oh no I have turned away 36 inquires for sites that week end unless she could re-rent the site no refunds which we under stood but she was very rude!!! with her responses uncaring about a customers Father passing just worried about a dog crapping in her camp ground, but she did give us her condolences. We stayed in the back of the grounds on the hill by the county road which was gravel and very dusty through out the top part of the camp ground and a very noisy wash board road too. The Wi-Fi worked once and awhile and then was so slow you could barley check e-mails, the swimming pool looked like it had been out of service for years and the bathrooms were nasty. We were there with a camping club, there meeting facility had a gravel floor inside with holes in the metal roof it rained pretty good when we were there. Access to the park was convenient but will never visit this camp ground again, we had members stay down the road a block or so at another camp ground and said that one was a lot nicer compared to Ancient Cedars. Oh checked my back today never received a credit I will ask our friends one day if they re rented our space. read more

We had a fabulous time. Thank you Carol and Dale for your gracious hospitality. We are traveling to National Parks across the US as my husband just retired from Special Op's out of MacDill AFB Tampa. We were looking for a clean, quiet, place that we could take our dog Jake who is 15. We hit the jack pot. Carol not only has a cute office where she showcases local handmade jewelry made by Indian artisans but, has a full store to get anything you might have forgotten even down to some cool Happy Camper T-shirts. Dale is a hard worker was busy working all around the site. We loved the view of Mesa Verde-the pool area, rec center that was fully stocked with books-and a big screen TV. Something for everyone even down to the cute cottages that surround the entrance. This place is unique-with awesome staff and owners. Thank you Carol and Dale for making us feel at home. Right across the road from Mesa Verde...this Camp is CLEAN...easy to navigate...they offer great amenities, and the staff was fantastic. I don't know when or if I'll be back in the area, but I would absolutely stay there again. read more

Seriously this place is everything you can want/need and then some. Not only is it in an incredible position, right across from the national park, it's clean, friendly and it has all of the benefits/extras you could ever want.... hot tub? Pool? Mini golf?
