30 minutes felt like an hour! Boy ohh boy. I found this place after I found out I booked my spa day at the wrong location out of town! I called this place and she got my In quick. There was not much of a wait. I was told to pay first. Basic Table 30 massage. I thought I asked the cashier if they were already using essential oils during the massage. I thought she said yes. Now I know it's $10 more I think. No he masseuses told me to undress and lay face down with white sheet over me. I read in previous reviews to direct them how much pressure to use. The massage went well. She pushed out a lot if my knots. She even got up on the table to properly massage. Her stomach was definitely upset, I could hear the rumbling of her tummy . It was a great massage with the exception of a male and female on two seperate occasions in two seperate rooms "Woooo! That feels good!". That woman let her alarm on her phone hi off for 20 minutes ringing. The stations don't have ceilings. When I was time to open my eyes, the 30 minutes was completed. My back felt different. When exiting, the receptionist asked me how I felt. I told her I didn't know. Lol she offered me a water and I took a card for my ne t visit. Btw. I was sore a dat after, but the recommend taking a shower after you bath to clear toxins. read more

My husband and I visited this location yesterday. We called after walking along the Jax beach to see if anyone could get us in. Once he called Harmony, they told him they had a spot. On the way, I was reading the reviews and was kind of skeptical considering all of the naysayers in the comments. My husband said we should still go. And guess what, I'm glad he did. The customer service was good. The front desk lady greeted us with a smile each time we asked her anything. At the beginning of the massage, they advised us of which items to keep on and which to take off. The masseuse was good. He confirmed the pressure to use and asked a few times while massaging if I was ok. He adjusted my underwear to ensure no oil went towards it and they clip my hair up to avoid oil. Overall, my massage was good. My husband fell asleep during his so you know it was a good one, lol They did ask us to pay and tip upfront if we wanted to. We were not pressured to tip. I would consider going back if I wasn't a visitor! read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Don't go! So many red flags that I ignored like paying before the massage, the location's entire block is under construction so you enter this creepy tunnel thing, no questionnaires were filled out, complete lack of communication and respect for the customer. It's now the next day and I had trouble sleeping because of how much pain I was in and now it hurts to stand up straight. The lady took off my bra without asking me, the drape was by my feet and she made my underwear into a thong multiple times and then undid it with her hand without asking. It was a couple's massage and I asked multiple times to go lighter (because she was HURTING ME) and the first three times she completely ignored me and kept going. The fourth time her and the other masseuse LAUGHED AT ME. Total lack of communication, respect and a huge language barrier. I felt absolutely fine before going and now I feel terrible. I was squirming, wincing, moving my body to show her it HURT and she would just say "relax" and keep going. You walk in to the main office and there's really nothing in there. You walk into a room with a bed and a box. You put your clothes in the box and the masseuse comes in without knocking to see if you're ready. They ask no questions other than the lady at the front asking if you're pregnant. Terrible experience and I'm in pain today. The lady was answering the phone while giving me a massage, was talking very loud, then walked out of the room twice to answer to whoever walked in also, I kept asking her for medium to light pressure, but she kept insisting that I needed harder so she was hiring my neck until I raised my voice and told her that she was hurting me. And yes, she asked for a tip also.. chased me to front door asking for tip because at first I couldn't understand what she wanted and yes, you have to pay before getting your massage and they charge you a $2 fee for it. I've had countless massages from many different places. This one wasn't great. I Chose this because it was one of the only options near me. There were occasional times during the massage where I was relaxed. That's the only positive. It was confusing to find amiss all of the chaotic construction. She kept going over my spine and bones, not my muscles. During the massage, she LEFT to answer the phone, show a customer inside their room, and take their payment. So....I paid for part of my massage to be focused on someone else and their payment rather than on my muscles. Her phone also rang in the room. It was not exactly relaxing. I understand things happen sometimes, but this is not a place I will be returning to. read more

This was the worst massage of my life. The Asian woman who messaged me repeatedly answered the phone during my massage, massaging me terribly with one hand and phone on the other. She did my care at all about how this was making me even more stressed out considering I was paying for her time and service that she was not giving me. I should've refused to pay but I had hoped it would get better by it never did. In the end after I pay and she asked for a tip she tried to give me a hug. I guess she felt bad because she must've know how terrible it was. I really hope no one ever has to go through that. It really left me feeling disrespected and out right scammed. I haven't left this place and I already feel compelled to write a review. I usually get a back massage every 3-4 weeks. I came here with my fiancée today after a hard week at work and we just needed a massage but hadn't booked anything. So, calling around I found this place and Jenny was able to accommodate both of us. The place is very clean, simple, no frills. I had just requested a back and neck massage, nothing specific. I wasn't ready for how GOOD Jenny is!!!! She immediately identified my tight spots and provided the deep tissue massage I had always dreamed of. I had never experienced such an accurate, deep and comforting massage. She has powerful and skilled hands. I will definitely return, with an appointment for the next times! read more

I always considered massages a special occasion/luxury until after my auto accident a couple of years ago. Ever since then, it's been a necessity (more alleviating than chiro, actually). Hate scheduling them because with a busy work week, I enjoy going somewhere last minute when I have the time and more importantly, in the mindset to wind down and actually enjoy it instead of thinking of everything else I need to be getting done. With that being said, I have dropped in/called last minute at multiple places in area and this is one of my go-to favorites. Jenny is super and one of the best massage therapists ever (that's going up against massage treatments at 5 star resorts btw). Her hands are very strong and technique is intentional hitting all the right pressure points. One thing she does that I've never experienced before is during the foot massage, she will massage both feet at the same time- so essentially more surface area is worked in the same time frame. She also incorporates hot stones and places them on towels while they cool, constantly incorporating heat therapy. Her 90 minute massage is def better than 60 bc I can tell she has a routine that allows more time for additional techniques. She will do stretching also. Much needed therapy for soft tissue injuries or just a good de-stressor. She does seem to stay booked up a lot (for good reason) so need to schedule most times. Today, by far, was the worst massage I've ever had.. 1st of all : the lady was very unprofessional. Pulling down my cover sheet and leaving the door way a little open , is very inappropriate! 2nd of all : when I say that the pressure is too hard-it means you are hurting me! But all I was getting " stiff, stiff".. I understand that it's stiff, but hurting me is not going to solve the problem but will make it worse. 3rd: the massage was not relaxing at all.. jerky, hard moves to the point I was sliding up and down the bed- was not comfortable...oh, and she kept talking and saying something like " oh my God..oh my God" so whatever it was , I don't know.. 4th: as I was walking out , going through the main entrance , she got up and asked to pay her a tip From what I know: you do not begg for a tip, instead you earn it with your good bedside matters, professionalism and excellent customer service! Which I did not observed! So,,, the bottom line: NO!!! As an update since I had the massage which was 3 days ago... I can barely walk after the massage lady walked on my back. Went to my dr yesterday and it looks like she popped my disk out! and all I wanted is to relieve tension in my shoulders.. read more

Paid for a 90 minute massage today. Jenny, was the massage therapist. She was interrupted (4) four times, left the room three of the times (mail, another customer arrived), and one time answered her phone during my massage to schedule her next appointment. Asked for deep tissue, which wasn't even close. Told her 4 times that I just wanted upper body, no legs. Didn't matter, she spent half the time on my legs, causing more tension while there compared to when I walked in. I will NOT return. read more
