Went in yesterday for an early birthday gift and it was AMAZING. This was my friend and my second time going and it's truly one of the best experiences. I got the traditional Thai with the heat element added. I don't know my therapists name but holy cow that little lady was strong! She worked out all of my kinks and knots. My friend's therapist must've been good too because my friend was making highly inappropriate sounds and I think I drooled a bit too! I used to come here for my massages, and i had a great experience; however after this last time I will not be returning. I had a deep tissue massage with the thai compress--with special focus to my neck and back picked out. I received a massage only on my special focus areas and compress on my full body. I was waiting throughout the massage thinking that the massage for my full body would resume after she finished the compress part...and it never did. I let the person at the front know, and she had the nerve to ask me "why I didnt tell the lady while she was doing it"? I thought she was getting to it later, and there's really no concept of time while you're getting a massage. You would think after hearing that, they'd be apologetic, or offer some kind of comp for the service, but instead, she really asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. Here's a tip: it's poor form/business practice to blame customers for not asking to receive the services they ordered & you agreed to render. Very disappointed. read more

I make an appointment right when they're open for the evening sessions and they appreciate it too. I should've left a review a long time ago but after having a bad experience recently at a cheap massage place in Redlands and then going here- where I usually go, it was all I needed to wake up and appreciate a good place like this.. I went here yesterday with my mum for a little birthday present (were both April babies) and it was the best decision ever. Worth every penny every time, this spot is a gem. Their techniques are amazing they hit all the right spots without you even having to tell them. But you can if you need more work on a specific spot!! They have these sheets so you can circle where you need more attention. I got a mix of deep tissue and yoga stretch and it was beautiful. My masseuse was PA and she's awesome. Im always so comfortable here and I always end up wishing it would never end haha.. Perfect place for couples too because theres a two person room with a curtain down the middle. They give you nice warm tea and cold water for after and let you take your time. Our regular massage therapist was sick on the day we had a massage scheduled, so unfortunately she had to cancel. My back was aching from my knots and tension and I couldn't start the week without alleviating this pain. My co worker told me about this place awhile ago, but never had a chance to check it out. I decided to call and see if they could squeeze a same day appointment for both my husband and me. I called around 3:00pm and they scheduled us for 7:45pm. When we arrived we were greeted and asked if we have been here before and we told the lady it was our first time. She handed us a laminated sheet and a dry-erase marker where we could fill in our information, circle areas to focus on, cross our areas to avoid, and how firm pressure was desired. My husband and we're given clothing to change into. I imagine this was to keep us modest as I had a female therapist and my husband had a male and we were in the same room. Overall, the massage was good and provided what we needed in a short period of time. We both had the deep tissue which also included stretching. We were provided water and tea at the end of our session. We paid with our debit card and were charged a $2.00 service fee. While we will still stick to our massage therapist, this is a great place to try. read more

The massage therapist was skilled but the communication was not good. I asked her to walk on me and she did not for example. I may come back and book 90 minutes. I feel like maybe she ran out of time. I am used to Thai massages where they walk on you and stretch you into a pretzel. I got a better than average massage but it wasn't what I expected. I have been coming here once a month for about a year. This place is awesome. I have gone to different massage places and it is always a hit or miss and cost more. But here all the different masseuse I would get is great but I personally love Pa and Peach (I believe those are their names) but honestly everyone is great. I always leave feeling recharged and just feeling so good. They stretch you out in places you didn't know you can stretch or know you needed. I work night shift always on my feet and I come here for a recharge which is definitely needed and I just love that they always deliver. And they are priced so reasonable for the service they give and I always call last minute and they always have an opening. Will most defiantly keep on coming back once a month. read more

I was wondering how in the world does a massage place have a full five star rating on Yelp? I now know. That was definitely a relaxing experience, just when I thought it was over there was more. I say experience because that's exactly what it was it was more than just a normal massage, I don't know how to explain it but it was amazing. Got the Thai massage, I've never had a massage that good in my life. Was kinda skeptical to have someone walk on my back, but it was actually quite nice. I wish I had opted for the longer treatment session. A couple negative things to note, it didn't affect my rating: 1.They are right next to an automotive repair shop and they can't really do anything about that. The sounds of the impact wrench are super loud. 2. You can hear the people in the rooms next to you and there was an old man groaning and breathing through his nose really loudly. Thankfully he was gone fairly early on during my session so I could relax more. I think it the music was slightly louder it would have drowned out some of the outside noises a little better. read more

My family and I are new to the area and my daughter was the one who found this place last week based on the yelp reviews. She was so impressed with the deep tissue massage she got from Kate, I ended up coming to see Kate the same day! Let me tell you, Kate was amazing! I got the deep tissue because with all that's going on it's been a while and I was sure that my body was in need of some intense knot destruction. Kate is AMAZING ( I can't say it enogh) She was precise in her method, she walked on my back, stretched me out and literally destroyed and conquered against all of my muscle knots from working in Healthcare in 2020. I went back yesterday (1wk) later again requested Kate, this time for a swedish massage and again she was awesome, the only thing was that whatever was going on in the room next to me was a distraction. The man in the room next to me was literally moaning practically the whole time I was there, and the giggles didn't help out either. My question is...At which point does management step in to ensure that ALL of their customers get a relaxing experience? I'm pretty sure if he was made aware that he was disrupting everyone else who was there to relax he would have been less noisy. I'll be back to see Kate because she's amazing and this review is in no way shape or form a negative reflection on her. I just wish Management can step up and become more aware of what's going on in order to ensure all their customers have a relaxing and much needed massage.
