So the next time I went, I requested for him to see for myself. This man knew what he was doing. He like opened up my chakra lol I honestly felt like I was getting my money's worth. I tipped him $20 for a 60 min $60 deep tissue massage. That was more than 18% tip. I hope he really appreciated that, because I can tell he works hard and he knew where all my tension were and nailed it. Thank you Tom I feel like I'm young again.. for a day!

I recently went to a reflexology massage center that had a sign outside promoting a deal: a…read more30-minute body massage and a 30-minute foot massage for $60. However, once we entered, it was hard to communicate with The man who was giving my friend's massage hardly did anything; he barely touched her and didn't really provide a massage at all. Within 10 minutes, he had already moved on to her face, neck, and head. My friend asked for a refund, but they pretended not to understand her. They were helping other customers but ignored her plea for assistance. It took about 10 minutes to find someone who could translate for us. I definitely wouldn't recommend getting a massage from the older gentleman; he was very rude and dismissed my friend's concerns, simply walking away. After another 20 minutes of discussions about what my friend wanted, they tried to take her to a back room for a different type of massage. All she wanted was the same massage I was receiving. After about 15 minutes of back-and-forth, they finally sent someone out to give her the massage. Now I'm in my car waiting for her to finish because they took so long to sort things out. I have to say my massage was good despite all the distractions. They also need to put a curtain in front of the door. They do have a curtain, but it's open, letting in sunlight, and they leave the door open, allowing all the traffic noise to come in. I can hear a homeless man outside yelling and cursing; there's music playing inside, but it's pointless if you can still hear all the outside commotion.

The receptionist was kind, and after a brief discussion, I chose a one-hour deep tissue massage. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. The therapist used excessive pressure, which made my pain worse, and she placed hot stones on my back without checking the temperature, causing a burn. I tried to express my discomfort, but she didn't understand English, so I couldn't stop her. After the session, I spoke with an older gentleman at the front desk. Once I paid, he asked if I would leave a tip. I declined, and he became outraged. I told him that a tip is optional, not mandatory, and that the reason I wasn't leaving a tip was because the massage was horrible, and the service was poor. He didn't like my response; he told me I was the worst type of person, that my kind of people were horrible, and he launched into a series of racist insults, disparaging Mexico and Mexican people, calling us the worst. He refused to return my card, even though it was rightfully mine. When I threatened to call the police, he doubled down, asking invasive questions about my citizenship, all while continuing to disparage Mexico. Only when I started recording him did he backpedal, claiming he had no issue with Mexicans. Eventually, another staff member, presumably the owner, stepped in, calmed him down, and gave me my card. This was a deeply distressing experience, and I strongly urge others to stay away from this business. Everyone deserves respect, and this establishment failed on every level.

I came here yesterday and had an appointment with Peter at 4:30pm, I always use the restroom before…read morethe massage so as I was walking back, I'm walking through their break room and you can hear the washing machine running, the restroom was kinda cluttered. They had me at the first room by the front with curtain as a door. When he was massaging my backside, I kept hearing this faint voice like someone was watching a show, every time he is close to my head I can hear it and he has this weird breathing like he was gasping for air or like a panting thirsty dog. I couldn't relax. That's when I looked up and see that he didn't even close the curtains, I asked him why didn't he close it ? He says because there's nobody there. Is not that nobody is there, is the consistent thought of no privacy and the feeling that someone could look in any time. So I asked him to close it. Why pay more for privacy when they don't even close the curtains ? And those little voices are the iPod he has in his ear, he was listening to some show for the 40 minutes when he was massaging me, he wasn't even concentrating. And his knuckles were rough like sand paper when he was massaging my back, it was horrible. For a medium build like Peter, he has boney forearms, when he was using one arm to roll up and down my back rib cage, it hurts. The whole 90 minutes was a waste of time and money, he's not good. His pressure is hard on one side but soft on the other side, is not consistent. He also burned me with the hot stones, he left it on the back of my calves and it got burned. Maybe he forgot he left it there when he was so into his show ? After it was over, he waited in the front with a tiny cup of cold water, the cup you get at the doctor's office when they give you a pill, that's how small the cup is lol. I gave him $30 tips because I feel bad for him, because when I was waiting at the front before the massage, 3 big African American ladies only tipped him $5, waves it to him like he's a $5 stripper, that was so wrong. Seriously ladies ? $5 tips for 90 minutes massage? Are you at a restaurant ? Is one on one, 90 minutes of kneading your fat azz. Is hard work. For an hour of good work is $10-$20 per hour tips, not the 20 %, y'all so used to. If you can't afford to tip at least $10 an hour, stay home. Do you think he's getting that $50 per hour massage ? Of course not, that's for the owner, they work for tips. $5 is not going to feed their family, and you can't even get a Happy Meal at McDonald's. Tip them well when they do a good job, don't be like those 3 ladies, CHEAP. I was there at 7/12 @ 4:25 pm. You 3 big ladies was leaving and I'm the guy that said "wow busy ". Yeah I called you CHEAP lol Good luck to the rest of y'all coming here. And the young lady in the front with the streak green hair, smile a little, it makes the customers feel welcome to your store.
