Birthday Spa Day! That's what I decided to do for my birthday. I had never had a spa day, so I didn't know what to expect. I started off with an hour massage. I woke myself up a few times because I was snoring. Next, I went to the infrared sauna for 30 minutes. It was so relaxing and I was snoring again! From there I had a body scrub and wrap and guess what? Yep, snoring‍. I followed that up with a shower than off to my final spa treatment which was a foot detox. No snoring this time, but that room was so Zen. I had an amazing, amazing time. They also have a little store where you could buy jewelry, soaps, tea, art and lots more. 5 stars !!! read more

BJ is beautiful; what a wonderful soul. Very understanding and willing to make concessions for you. Amazing facials are offered. It's a very relaxing place to be in. I've noticed a significant difference between before and after getting a facial and the process from the facial goods I purchased from her when I received my products for my face. I wish I had discovered her sooner. She also ensures that, no matter how terrible your skin might be, she calls you again. Some patients require more care than others. You should absolutely have your facial performed by her. Arbor Life Spa is easily one of the most relaxing experiences I've had in recent memory. Their staff is extremely knowledgable as well as welcoming. My therapist was named Letitia and my goodness if she wasn't an absolute angel. I tend to carry a ton of tension in my shoulders thanks to my desk job. She immediately found the problem areas without me telling her and being working her magic touch. She was attentive and observant of how every motion and technique affected me and continuously made sure the pressure was within my tolerance. I cannot begin to explain how amazing I felt afterwards. Finished up with a 30 minute spin in the infrared sauna and a shower to freshen up. They even had lotions next to the shower to keep me moisturized. Easily the best massage I've had. My neck and upper back were so tight and jammed up I had pain all the way down my right side and limited range of motion in my neck. After 90 minutes I was able to move everything freely and felt so much better!!! Tammy is a treasure and an amazing massage therapist. I actually thought she was a DPT, because her technique is so effective in therapeutic pain management AND healing/recovery/relaxation. I am a regular customer scheduling twice monthly visits. Tammy's touch is helping me get through a challenging time. Her massage rates are beyond fair and reasonable---- absolutely worth it. Early last month my sister/friend (Angela) and her two childhood friends (Christine and Kim) met up with us at this location as we celebrated past, current and future bdays. Upon arriving and entering the establishment, Ms.Tammy greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile and just radiated a beautiful attitude. After we completed our profiles we were each whisked away to our therapy rooms. I always wanted to try cupping but was a bit apprehensive; I am so glad I did not waver in having the service done on this visit. My therapist Leticia was absolutely awesome, meticulous, on point, focused & attentive....honestly what more could I say about her skill set? She remembered my problem areas that I circled as I completed my profile and gave extra attention to those places. She used firmness where it was needed and always remembered to ask " are you ok" ? and if things felt ok. I honestly did not feel like any part of my body went neglected. I most definitely would highly recommend her services and as far as Ms.Tammy goes; my friend Angela had the same sentiment. Post therapy we were offered water and we were also given a tour of the facility. The boutique inside of the spa was very catchy to the eye & the paraphernalia with in the boutique was reasonably priced . We were also given an opportunity to complete our consumption of water and snacks in a very intimate meditation styled room. I am so glad my friend Angela found this location and I am pretty sure that experience will not be our last one at this location.
