This is my first time trying kombucha!!!…read more I saw Puget Sound Kombucha at the Fremont Sunday Flea Market and decided to give it a try. The person running the booth was really friendly, and willing to explain what and how kombucha is made. I've got the Black & White kombucha, which is refreshing and bold in flavor. There is inherently some caffeine in here, but no added juice or sugar. I'll definitely stop by their booth again in the future!

The space is still great as it's right in downtown Gig Harbor and if you sit in the right spot you can get a little bit of a view of the nearby marina. I made sure when I came to this brewery that I picked beers I haven't had from Evergreen before as I have been to their Tacoma location several different times. The first beer I git was the Got UR 6 which is a pilsner. The flavor profile with this beer is citrusy, lemony, hoppy and with a crisp finish. The beer is also very light bodied. The next beer I had was the Skyjacked which is a Black IPA. It's also called a Cascadian Dark Ale. The flavor characteristics with this beer are roasty, malty, bitter and hoppy which all together gives it a "deep" feeling. A good start of beers for me at this location and looking forward returning when time allows!
