Stopped in for dinner/drinks before going to a show at the Admiral Theatre. Limited menu but it has something got everyone, no vegetation option. We sat in a booth, waitress was friendly and attentive. Nice range of beer, ordered a hazy IPA. I ordered the wedge salad and my friends ordered the fried chicken sandwich. My salad came out before my friends. It was not your typical iceberg wedge, it was created with romaine lettuce, bacon, blue cheese crumbles, small tomatoes. It was delicious. It was the perfect portion. My friend's fried chicken sandwich was AMAZING! The batter in the chicken was sweet and crispy. One had shoe sting fries and the other tator tots. The fries were crisp, the tator tots were tasteless. As we were leaving the evening entertainment was coming in. There is a stage in the back where entertainment performs. There are also TV's in strategic locations where you can watch the scheduled football game. Seahawks were on. This place is small but cozy, divey, great neighborhood bar to get a bite to eat. The area dictates that's it's for sure a small town style bar/restaurant. First and foremost, this place was surprisingly packed. Usually a good sign meaning there was something good going on, and considering it was 10am, I'm guessing the food. When I walked in though, definitely some people already getting their Sunday groove on with drinks too. I ordered the 6oz steak and eggs, and chose the potatoes. Steak was done to a perfect medium rare. Eggs were sunny side up and runny, just how I like em. Potatoes were done perfectly crisp, and cooking it with red pepper and onion adds another flavor profile to it. I crack the egg yolks and dip both steak and potatoes into it and it was nothing short of awesome. Service was great too. I didn't get welcomed or anything, but it's a bar after all so I just walked up and asked if I could sit anywhere. Chose to eat at the bar and they were attentive. My first time here, but I noticed the staff knowing a lot of the patrons and the people walking in, giving the "where everybody knows your name" vibe. Great spot and right next to a golf course. This particular event was a little more risqué, the event would require people attending to paint their buttocks, and then sit on a canvas to make an imprint. Due to the nature of the event, there were obvious concerns about privacy. Attendees were told that there would be privacy screens provided. And that the event would be broken into two different groups, the first group was women only, the second group was open to all genders and would be later. The event for women was supposed to start at 4:30, but due to the person running the event being late, we didn't get started until after five, which resulted in men from the all gender group showing up while women were still unclothed. The bartender was also male, and there were people drinking at the bar that had nothing to do with the event. The door was also left open the entire time so anyone could've walked in. There were zero privacy screens and no staff on hand to help as advertised. The event was $50 which is fairly pricey for a paint and sip and one would assume that a drink would be included in the cover price as it was advertised as a paint and sip. However, there were no drinks included so for $50 you all got was one canvas (even though multiple sizes were advertised) and a bunch of cheap acrylic paint. We were given pitchers of water and washcloths to remove the paint with. This was all done in one big open room so there was zero privacy between any of the attendees or any of the staff. And the place was filthy. Apparently there had been a drag brunch earlier in the day and they didn't have time to clean up so there was plates with food on them left out, the bathrooms were not clean and not stocked. I was really looking forward to this event and I did have a good time with my friends, but I would not attend another event at Eden if this is what to expect.

Staff goes out of their way to help set up and provide the type of customer service that makes this dance extra special. This year, instead of ordering store bought cookies, we catered refreshments with the Elks event coordinator. Everyone was blown away with the assortment of delicious treats and friendly servers. The ADA seating and some of the seats up front is folding chairs and pop up tables. Luckily we had the nice recliner chairs. The pool is tiny and only 4 1/2 ft. Parking can be challenging but they have two levels of underground parking in *very* tight spaces. Everything is key guarded from the parking, stairwells, restrooms, laundry rooms, etc. They are supposed to service the rooms every other day, but each time we had to ask the front desk for our room to be serviced and it was only after 3-4pm. The complimentary breakfast was decent but only goes until 9:30am so we felt rushed at times. This is a very walkable area but on several occasions, we were followed back to the hotel by random people alone, so it's not the safest area. Apart from those points, the room was clean but I'd ultimately look at other options not immediately downtown
