My friend had a new AC installed. Less than. A year later shes already having issues with her AC not working. She calls for service, gets a twenty four hour wait period in the middle of florida summer. Her dad comes over flips, the breaker and the a c starts. So when the repair man comes the next day, I should add... He says, ohh, well, I can't tell what was wrong with it. Next time it stops, working.She calls again twenty four hour, wait. They tell her you've been assigned a repair man.He will call you thirty minutes prior to arriving. So she comes and hangs out at my house for a few hours.Because it is over ninety degrees outside. Her phone is in her hand all day. She calls to follow-up 3 times while she's at my house. They have no new information, but somebody will be there. That next morning she calls to follow-up. And is told that someone came the day prior and no one was at her house. The technician came but didn't call because he didn't have her phone #. Remember I said how's she called several times the day before. So they give her another twenty four hour window. She says, well, that's not fair.You didn't come.I didn't see you yesterday and they replied, well, we did send somebody. Did they really?I mean, she does have a security system. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They came out quick but the tech Peter charged us a lot for nothing. Everything that came out of his mouth was a bunch of crap justify charging us $450 to vacuum our drain line. He was also rude at times and had really bad BO. Now we did call him towards the end of the day and it was Friday on Memorial Day weekend but instead of the telling us that price was because of the emergency price which we would have understood he tried to make us think he was doing this big repair when he didn't at all. if he would have just been straight with us it would have gone differently. We initially gave a good Google review because we thought our heat unit was fixed. Next day did not work. Were told several different problems as they went along, finally settling on a heat strip for $850. We paid $400 for a new thermostat we did not even need! Final technician, who was the best found it was not even the heat strip. He fixed it that day but I would never use that company again!! The man who came was polite and no reflection on him, and of coursw I said 'No" Then I called an other company who asked me to send them pictures of the valves and within minutes they said $200 dollars. I also wish I could give a zero or negative rating ... When I first called And Services it was about a year and a half ago, when my water heater stopped heating water. This was in a new home that had only been occupied for a little over a year, and we had just returned from spending our summer in New England. I am semi-retired, but had a work project that needed my attention so I made some phone calls to see who could help us that day. And Services had two technicians there that afternoon. They determined that the bottom element was blown, and suggested a replacement of both elements along with thermostats. They also said my expansion tank was not installed according to code using PCV pipe, and could break off any time. At that point, I decided to err on the side of caution and paid them to do the job for several hundred dollars. They also convinced me that the element failed because of a voltage surge (over the summer when the water heater was turned off) so I also purchased a whole-house surge suppressor. While they were at it, they convinced me to purchase an HVAC service contract that would give me two service calls and a discount on parts over the next year. Fast forward to today, and the technician servicing my HVAC told me a capacitor was "below spec" and could fail at any time. Price ... $450 to replace, but I could get a 10% discount if I renewed my service contract. He showed me the new part he was using, and I could see the brand and specification (35 - 5 uf) he was using. I ran into the house, and googled the part. WW Granger sells these every day for under $20! He didn't know that I am old enough to have worked as a TV repairman back in the day and have changed out many an electrolytic capacitor! These thieving "bastads" will never step foot on my property again! I will say that the young man who came today was very polite and courteous but probably doesn't know he is working for price-gouging and overcharging people. read more

Threw the tie wraps from his ladder in my yard. Already was pitching a new system before he even opened it up. The provided a quote for 14,500 for a 3-1/2 tip unit. He was trying to rip off a female senior citizen; what he didn't know is that Im a licensed GC and told him he was crazy. Then proceeded to leave the handler open and started swearing at me. I was scammed by And Services electrical repair. The other day I had a wall switch go bad that turns on the bathroom light. I went to the hardware store and picked up a new one and it did not fix the problem either. The old breaker would not come back on so I called And services and I had an electrician out the next morning. He looked over the breaker panel and told me all the things wrong with it. He gave me some very expensive choices and I told him I would have to get a second opinion. Finally he got to the problem I called him for and a new breaker was all it needed. I was satisfied with his work and then came the bill. I had to pay him $2068 to change a defective circuit breaker! A couple of days later I called the manager after I had emailed him asking for a partial refund. He said to me No refunds period!. And Services are not a member of the BBB either. Called And services on Tuesday 11/15 around 12 and was told they would have someone here on same day. They would call with an arrival time; I called around 5pm and was told they were behind. Received a call at 7pm to reschedule the next morning and they would call me at 9 am. No call at 9 am, so I called around 11 am and a plumber arrived here around 2pm. What needed to be done was an installation of a new garbage disposal. All fittings were in place and fairly new. I purchased the garbage disposal myself, so all that needed to be done was the installation. The Plumer came in opened up his computer and gave me an installation price of $421.00. The plumber came back with a lower price which still was overpriced at $175.00. read more

Hired this company to tear out shower and install tub. Took 4 months to get the work almost done. However, they did not secure the tub so it moves around and creaks when stepping in and standing in it. Unable to put up tile if tub moves around. In addition they put up small pieces of rock wall around the tub. They did not protect the tub while doing this and scratched and gouged the tub in multiple places. The general manager came out and took pictures and video and said someone would come fix it and that it was done incorrectly. that was 2 mo ago. we have called many times and left messages. And Service installed all new AC duck work in my home. There was some communications along the way, but in the end the job was completed. There Several factors that complicated with the second part of the job. That was the installing a new electrical breaker box. Before the job could be started, they had to move a 100 gallon water tank, which was to close to the breaker box. A crew came out and mover the tank and the attached chlorine pump away from the breaker box. This was not properly reattached to the tank. The problem was not notice until two days ago and $125.00 service call. Three days ago I called And Service because one of my breakers was tripping. And Service came out that day and checked everything out and assured me the problem was due to a short by some appliance was causing the problem. If it happen again they showed me how to reset the breaker. They left, no bill submitted to me. We left and when we returned later that day the breaker tripped again. I also noticed the smell of chorine in the air and the chlorine pump was leaking. I disconnected plug, I also reset the breaker. I then waited to see what would happen to the breaker. The next morning the breaker was functioning like it was suppose too. The breaker problem was solved after the pump was cleaned of iron residue build up and placed on the wall correctly. read more
