I bought a set of bangles that was received damaged from them and when I shipped it back to them per their return policy, they charged me10% because it was damaged. This jewelries online is fake. They are selling fake jewelries and when u called them thyre rude and unpleasant customer service. I bought a pair of bracelets and rings and when I received it looks a fashion jewelries only. No value and super thin gold it's like 10$ bracelets. In the website description it said 18k but it's not real. I went to the pawnshop and test if there's value the ring is 10k and the bracelets is $10 worth, a fashion jewelries not a 21k gold. From the very beginning Aman and everyone working with us were so patient, kind, informative and really an advocate for people who 1.) have never bought important/expensive jewelry before 2.) know nothing about diamonds and 3.) are young and want to make a great purchase within our budget. Aman also was very understanding to our relationship dynamics and how my (now) fiancé and I wanted to choose the ring and diamond details together.
