I needed service on my garage door. It was about 5 years old, and had not been serviced since I…read moremoved in about 4 years ago. The door was making quite a bit of noise when opening. In addition, the keypad was no longer working. I set up an appointment on their website, which was easy to do, and they arrived just a couple minutes after the scheduled time. They were friendly and quick. They quickly reset the keypad and it worked with my new code. They then used lubricant on the rollers for the garage door and checked a few things on the main garage door opener unit and deemed everything fine. The door now opens MUCH quieter. The whole process probably took about 10 minutes. They charged me a reasonable rate and that was it! If I have any future problems with my garage door, I'll certainly use their company again!

However, the heroes of the project were Michael + Jonathan who built our fence. The took out the prior fence and checked in with our 96 yr old neighbor that we share the fence with to make sure he approved. He did! The walked me thru the finished fence and even added a "puppy protector" mini fence to keep our dog contained. They were super respectful, kind and FAST. It looks great and with the great warranty, we couldn't be happier.

Scott came on time and after a professional examination, he applied some WD-40 to some sticking wheels, performed a chain adjustment and the problem was solve. He offered no pressure to up-sell his service with extra unnecessary repairs and I'll happily recommend his business to anyone I know who needs garage door repair.

Mark Stickley was able to look at what I had bought and my door set up from pictures that I sent, and today on Friday the 13th he shows up with a crew and they knock out the removal and installation for two doors in under 3 hours. Installation guide said it would take about 4 hours for one. He even did an adjustment to my door because it was gapping on one side, and a courtesy spring and door inspection. His price was very reasonable as I did shop around beforehand. He didn't charge me for anything but the removal and installation, the courtesy stuff was included. So glad I found this guy.

One person called and said he didn't do the work and would have to charge me. My receipt says I have a 7 yr warranty on the parts. I had to call Precision to get someone here. He noticed that the sensors were not the correct ones (they used an aftermarket product) for the opener and that the original installer didn't supply new wiring for the sensors. What a rip off! Now I am paying almost $500 to correct their errors and lack of customer service.
