In addition, the keypad was no longer working. I set up an appointment on their website, which was easy to do, and they arrived just a couple minutes after the scheduled time. They were friendly and quick. They quickly reset the keypad and it worked with my new code. They then used lubricant on the rollers for the garage door and checked a few things on the main garage door opener unit and deemed everything fine. The door now opens MUCH quieter. The whole process probably took about 10 minutes. They charged me a reasonable rate and that was it! If I have any future problems with my garage door, I'll certainly use their company again!

Even though I had to push out installation due to some other projects at my house and couldn't give a firm date at the time, he got the doors on order and didn't even ask for a deposit. No one else could even touch his bid for the quality doors he was providing (Amarr); I was told so by two other companies. He let me know when the doors arrived, we scheduled an install date, and Jesse (different Jesse) showed up right on time. It took him 15 mins less for installation that he told me, cleaned up after himself and made sure I was happy before leaving. Thirteen years ago we experienced excellent service from Patrick when our old garage door stopped working. An adjustment to spring tensioning (as I recall it) restored operation, but then we decided to replace our battered old door. Patrick handled our order like we were royalty, waiving the original repair cost and making at least two trips back while we decided on color and style. After a smooth, expert installation job, Patrick returned once more to bring us some touch up paint for the woodgrain finish. This is the sort of service that customers simply do not forget. So when that door spring broke thirteen years later, on a Sunday afternoon, no less, there was never a doubt which company we would call. The best we could do right then was leave a distress message, but that was enough. At about 8:00 am Monday morning, we got a call to inform us that there was an opening in their Monday schedule and would 9:00 am be OK? Absolutely OK! At 8:58, we got a heads up call to let us know the technician would be arriving in a few minutes.
