Now I am paying almost $500 to correct their errors and lack of customer service.

Not the first time that I've used Aaron's Garage Door Company, but wanted to drop a quick review here. I've used them in the past for broken springs, and a few years back to replace all of our openers. We were greeted by a huge BANG at 1:00 AM yesterday morning. I called, and as usual, got Aaron on the phone immediately. He was going to work me into his schedule and be here in an hour and a half. That was actually too fast for me... as I had an meeting scheduled and had to be away. The boys shot out here today and installed a new spring for us and had the door working perfectly in no time. Their service has always been amazing for us. They're always prompt, efficient, fair, and leave the place as clean as before they arrived. One of the absolute stars on my, "Oh, I have a guy for that!" list. Note: For what it's worth, were in Vancouver, WA. Not sure why Yelp want's to put me in SFO. *shrug* read more

I normally don't do reviews unless I'm impressed with the company. Aaron and the other guy with him (I didn't get his name) have work ethics that I would rate A+. They were friendly and I was able to talk to them my concern and they listened which was important if you have a business. They came on time, assess the situation, decision was to replace the garage door opener. I bought the opener same day. Next day they installed it, finished it even before the allotted time I was told. The job was done and VOILA the garage door opener worked impeccably. The price I was charged was very reasonable. I've known Aaron and Kachera since they were in high school. I've also known Phil, who works with them, since high school days. I called them for a quote for what I didn't know. I sent pictures and he diagnosed, gave me a quote and was here to repair my garage door opener within 24 hours. It took him 20 minutes and everything works great! I was a bit "iffy" having him do the work. My heart lead me to them, but after seeing his work, I have absolutely NO RESERVATION in recommending Aaron's Garage Door Company. So happy with Aaron's Garage Door Service!! Our large RV door quit working and the service was prompt and friendly. They made time in their schedule to come out the next day and they replaced the wall unit. The door works fabulously. I was thinking we needed a more costly repair but Aaron advised against it stating we didn't need the new wiring I was suggesting. I appreciated not making me pay for what I did not need. This is a wonderful local, hard-working, honest company. You'd be ridiculous thinking you could find a better price or better service some other place. read more

Amazing appointment turn around time, showed up on time between the hours he provided, was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, went above and beyond to fix the spring that was broken and even tightened the arm which was not part of the initial request but was greatly appreciated! he accepted debit which was convenient, offered to remove his shoes when entering and was super quick with the repair and confirmed everything was working! they don't make good quality customer service like this any more. we're lucky to have found him! read more

When my husband and I decided to replace our opener to something quieter and add a key pad, he called and spoke to Aaron. Aaron discussed different options/prices and set an appointment on a Saturday, since neither my husband or I could be home during the week. Called Aaron Sunday evening he answered and scheduled a time between 0900 hours and 1000 AM. He was on time surveyed the mechanism. Had two broken springs and a roller bracket was damaged. Aaron replaced and updated garage door shaft and cable drums. Cables and a new torsion spring. Completed the job in a timely manner. Cost of the replacement parts and labor was very reasonable. Bought two from HD on Black Friday but watched the installation video and said, yeah I need to hire someone. Mark Stickley was able to look at what I had bought and my door set up from pictures that I sent, and today on Friday the 13th he shows up with a crew and they knock out the removal and installation for two doors in under 3 hours. Installation guide said it would take about 4 hours for one. He even did an adjustment to my door because it was gapping on one side, and a courtesy spring and door inspection. His price was very reasonable as I did shop around beforehand. He didn't charge me for anything but the removal and installation, the courtesy stuff was included. So glad I found this guy.

We left a message and not to long afterwards a man called us back with a repair quote and repair time frame of Friday between 11-1. On Tuesday afternoon I received a call from June stating they had an opening from 1-3 that day. I was super excited! I was so ready to park my car back in the dry, warm garage.
