He mishandled the transaction and the funds went into the civil payment not the criminal. Now the court is saying she didn't pay the restitution. The court has her paying $1500 a month until she repays the $95,000 that she has paid. We tried talking to Mr. Howard and Scott from the firm and they will not speak to us or admit the error that Scott made. This firm is dishonest and not there to protect the client. They don't care. They wrote us an email that stated if we sue them and discredit them in any way they will go after us. I felt this was the easiest way to get our story out. We have all the emails from Scott Brenner and he made a huge mistake with my daughter-in-law. This is her life and he has destroyed it. The courts didn't want to look at any of the evidence which shows how our court system works and especially for minorities. Don't use this firm and especially this lawyer.
