While I was waiting, Deborah came out of the building and walked over to my car to invite me to come inside where it was cooler. Thankfully, Brown Sugar Coffee stays true to both the original taste of coffee and the unique flavors that she adds to her drinks. We don't have many local coffee shops in San Bernardino and that is a tragedy, but I can't wait until Brows Sugar Coffee opens up their own shop here in our community and you better believe that when she does, I will be the first costumer in those doors every morning. I was very hesitant to go inside, but my grandson really needed this appointment, he had been waiting for a very long time to get this appointment. The receptionist welcome/customer service wasn't the best, considering he was a new patient coming into this office for the first time, this is the main reason of my 4-stars on this review. Adam's greeting was good but with a serios look on his face. We went into his office/consulting room, and after a brief introduction of himself and getting right to the point/reason of the initial visit, things got better, and I could see my grandson engaging in the conversation and connecting with Adam. Adam also made some changes to the medication dosage which I'm so glad he did. We ended our visit in very good terms and scheduled an appointment for a fallow-up visit appointment. The Dr may be ok, but the place is awful. Currently searching for other options.

Prior to my appointment I had called her office, spoke to her receptionist regarding my insurance, asked for the therapist to call me back & she never did. I missed my appointment because I had put it on my calendar a day after than what she had scheduled me but never got the reminder so I guess it's my fault but why didn't she ever call me back when I left a message to call me ? If I would of got the reminder I would of showed up to my appointment plus she never called me the day that I missed my appointment. Just felt like she didn't want to take my insurance. Easy way to dismiss a client that she doesn't want to see or help. Thank you for making me feel worst than I feel at the moment. Would not recommend her at all.
